I have very legitimate reasons to have severe abandonment issues. I was awful as a teenager, and would find boys to give me every reason to worry and hurt. It takes actual work on issues so as not act in a way that well adjusted, happy individuals flee from your company. It takes so much of her mental energy, and she has none to give. Imagine if she put all this energy into ANYTHING positive. "I was there for him through a lot." Meaning star fishing six times and eating together forty times.
