I was missing bangtan's variety show Run BTS sooo much just as much as I miss seeing the memebers togther and I knew about seventeen and have stumbled upon a couple of their songs and funny videos in youtube shorts and I also knew how JK and Mingyu are besties (through their 4am 3 min live lol) but what really got me hooked was their variety show Going seventeen just like the one Bangtan has! I really enjoy watching it in my free time and I started loving these guys. They're super funny!!! I eventually learned all of their names through the show and now I'm here watching this guide to know more about these guys and I want to appreciate them just like BTS cuz they too worked hard to get whete they are now and they seem like a very genuine group of people. And I hope learn more about them and discover more about them in the furture as well!

Back in 2018, I was just getting into kpop. My very first group was BTS because the girl I liked listen and talked about them so much so I try to get into it. I didn't really like the song she gave me but I heard a different song and liked it. From there I started to listen to different group. My very first song from Seventeen was "Clap" but I never really stan the group. I never cared to learn their names or watch the music videos but recently, I've been really into their music. What im curious about seventeen are 1) why our fandom colour 'rosequartz and serenity' 2) who proposed this two tone 3) what will be the meaning behind the colour. Im so curious about this because they cherish,love,respect,like and used the fandom colour as much as possible in every way.
From what i read rosequartz and serenity was the colour of the year in 2016 and the name carat was given as a fandom name on feb 14, 2016 hope this helps and if anyone wants to correct me feel free to do so😁

This is such a helpful guide! There’s just some minor things I wanted to point out: BSS are the only subunit that actually debuted! Afaik leader line has yet to debut officially, which makes BSS the only official subunit from svt ^^ Also, Dream (the Chinese ver) is a single by Jun! He sang it as the ost for the release of the drama “the king: eternal monarch” in China. The original Korean version of the song is by Paul Kim (which Jun did a cover of as well). I'm an Army. I came to know about Hoshi in the show 'suchwita' . I found him so cute and was impressed by him. I'm a hobi biased ( a dance leader) so I was interested in hoshi as a performance/ dance leader of the team. I watched some videos/ tik tok of him and well this guy knows how to dance. Now I'm watching some svt interview and their variety show ( going svt) but it's hard to know them all by their name. The first member i knew was ofcourse Hoshi, now i know S. Coups ( he's so cool) Joshua ( he's pretty) DK ( he's pretty funny)Woozi (unique and cute) Vernon ( good looking) Dino ( i guess he's the youngest) The8 ( this guy looks good in glasses) Well for now i know only few of them. and i have the same bday as hoshi! he's been my bias as a casual stan he's such a great performer and the sweetest

Back in 2018, I was just getting into kpop. My very first group was BTS because the girl I liked listen and talked about them so much so I try to get into it. I didn't really like the song she gave me but I heard a different song and liked it. From there I started to listen to different group. My very first song from Seventeen was "Clap" but I never really stan the group. I never cared to learn their names or watch the music videos but recently, I've been really into their music. I said to myself "I'm going to learn their names and watch videos about them." Which brought me to this video today. I thank you for making this video, it really helped me. Didn't help with picking a bias (b/c they literally all are making me go crazy). I'm a baby Carat and a OT13.

1) why our fandom colour 'rosequartz and serenity'
2) who proposed this two tone
3) what will be the meaning behind the colour.
Im so curious about this because they cherish,love,respect,like and used the fandom colour as much as possible in every way.
From what i read rosequartz and serenity was the colour of the year in 2016 and the name carat was given as a fandom name on feb 14, 2016 hope this helps and if anyone wants to correct me feel free to do so😁

Rose Quartz and Serenity were the pantone colors of the year in 2016 when the fandom name was announced. The fandom name is CARAT from the poll results where the fans voted themselves... there were other candidates for the name too, like "MOUNTEEN" (Thank god this one didn't win lmao)
I'm so screwed I told myself no more stanning new groups because there's to many already and now I'm here 😶 and I'm quickly obsessed.... And I thought I had a bias then I didn't becuase I kept learning more about each member... I am kpop fan on 2019 My first kpop group Stan is bts then pandemic start in 2020 i have Other kpop group to Stan are nct 127 seventeen tst and more than boy group to now I still on fan of kpop and kdrama I love seventeen so much especially mingyu and wonwoo is my bias
There's one point I would like to point out and one only, maybe u should include that we have an annual fan meeting concert like CARATLAND, consists of various performances and interactive events to engage carats and provide a sentimental experience for both parties

My daughter has been convincing me to stan seventeen for almost two months now...she even tried to bribe me with an album if i watched just one ep of going seventeen 😅but its just the last 3weeks that i really started watching compilations,mv's and going seventeen i know their names long before and i realized i know a lot of their songs i just didn't know its theirs..i started liking minghao,then scoups,joshua, jeonghan but i fell hard for mingyu now i finished half of going seventeen,i have 6 albums coming, I didn't stop annoying my daughter for the album she promise lmao, after all that i decided to watched a guide🤦

best guide i have seen!! it's very informative and entertaining + the layout and structure are perfect. been a casual listener for months and i've been trying to stan for over two months i think but i only watched their performances videos and in the soop so i didn't really know that much and didn't know where to start either but this guide?! gave me all the background stuff, important details plus it wasn't boring. thank you for taking the time to do this, it helps a lot :)
This is such a helpful guide! There’s just some minor things I wanted to point out:
BSS are the only subunit that actually debuted! Afaik leader line has yet to debut officially, which makes BSS the only official subunit from svt ^^
Also, Dream (the Chinese ver) is a single by Jun! He sang it as the ost for the release of the drama “the king: eternal monarch” in China. The original Korean version of the song is by Paul Kim (which Jun did a cover of as well).

The only thing I would change is : Dino is rapper, he debuted as rapper. He raps in almost every performance unit song AND on the oldest abulms he almost only raps + even in the latest Album he raps a lot. So I would add rapper for him too

I'm an Army. I came to know about Hoshi in the show 'suchwita' . I found him so cute and was impressed by him. I'm a hobi biased ( a dance leader) so I was interested in hoshi as a performance/ dance leader of the team. I watched some videos/ tik tok of him and well this guy knows how to dance. Now I'm watching some svt interview and their variety show ( going svt) but it's hard to know them all by their name. The first member i knew was ofcourse Hoshi, now i know S. Coups ( he's so cool) Joshua ( he's pretty) DK ( he's pretty funny)Woozi (unique and cute) Vernon ( good looking) Dino ( i guess he's the youngest) The8 ( this guy looks good in glasses)
Well for now i know only few of them. But by the end of this video i hope I'll learn all of their names. ☺️
