I do not recommend buying a uv filter instead buy a lens hood Why you ask? 1: It is because, if at all by mistake if the UV filter shatters, it will be a hard time cleaning it and also costly! (I have faced it) 2: If you are a beginner you will most likely be using auto focus, the uv filter will cause problems in auto focus. 3: it will create unnecessary glares and flair in the image. 1 reason to buy it is to protect you front element of theens from fungus, again, use it only when camera is not in use/just kept in your bag. But that can be solved by dry cabinet or silica gel (good quality reusable ones) or a good quality weather proof bag! If your camera and lens is weather proof then no need to buy a UV filter. Instead just buy a lens hood it's just half the price of uv filter. A very long comment ☺️😜

Lets say my budget is between 28-40 K. My need is for a camera that is reasonably better on Battery, Fine Video Quality (for regular short films), low light video making needs.
