- I see a lot of questions on buying used off Facebook Marketplace or buying a new Chinese scooter moped thing online. Here is my take on it and what is needed to get the title and registration at the DMV/Tag office. A lot of places will assemble for an additional charge and then some will charge dealer fees for no reason at all when that is their business… to sell a product. Like UPS charging a fuel surcharge; insanity. Anyway, assembly is super easy so do it yourself.

I got a icebear vision 150cc from Texas power sports and it’s slick. And paper work and tags was easy and quick at my dmv Mine was just shy of 1500 shipped to my place for free
UPS Guy was a hater talking about you will be replaced haha. Also I’m not sure if you did it off camera but the oil that comes with it is shipping oil and needs to be changed out before starting it up the first time
Ya I used that oil to chirn up the metal bits for initial start then drain it. I should have mentioned it. And u have no idea about the UPS guy... he was saying I would be replaced by "minorities " but I ended up cutting it out. He totally fell for that click bait that was going around. I told him drones should replace me. LOL

I just bought one of these and your video helped a lot to get it all set up and started. Thank you. I am having an issue though with starting. Every time I try to start it, it takes 5 or 6 tries before it fires up. Any thoughts as to what I need to do to fix this?
Just a crappy vacuum pump situation. But you also prob have a loose vacuum line and most likely place is where the black hose goes into the intake manifold between the carb and engine. Zip tie that tight with pliers pulling zip tie

How can a 50cc keep up with a 150 cc ? Looks like fun .
Well a stock 150. Stock 150 maddogs only do 50 to 55. My buddies 50 that I did all up does 54 so he rides with us all the time. Of course I did up our 150s also so they go 70. LOL. But we don't leave behind.

@TiredOldMann oh 100%. Not even a choice... unless you live in a state where you can drive a 49cc with no tag, insurance, mc endorsement etc.. then the 50 is pretty appealing
