- This is ACRO GYMNASTICS CHALLENGE as two sisters battle it out to WIN £1,000! There will be 10 skills which get harder and harder each time, but the loser has to do the chores! Who will win, Sienna the gymnast or Mia the rock climber?!

I agree! It seems a bit unfair to do gymnastics when Mia hasn’t taken any lessons and Sienna’s been learning for years now.

Sienna what you were experiencing was mental block 🚫 which every gymnast has when overcoming a fear. I am your age and had stopped doing gymnastics for a while and it affected me but the goal is to keep going and take it step by step again. KEEP GOING YOU CAN DO IT!! Love you fizz fam ❤😊
I also had a mental block for doing a front handspring on the vault no help and I had done it before but I had no confidence when I tried it again so Sienna just work hard and believe! ❤❤❤❤
Sienna brave then me when doing gymnastics I orway scared of the beam at gymnastics it my second year and still scared of them
I love how Mia tried all the tricks, even when she’s not a gymnast ❤❤❤
Sienna,Being a gymnast myself at times like this it’s really tricky to find your strength and confidence! Tips: Believe in yourself and maybe try on a trampoline a couple times,it helps you get used to it! Hope this helps ❤❤personally I think you’ve done really well and I love that you didn’t give up ! ❤
Mental blocks are the worst! I do trampolining and I had a mental block for so long!!! I recommend listening to music, it takes your mind away from it and just focus on the music and breathing! Good luck sienna❤
YES! i also do trampolining and have a metal block for my full and double back is is awful but after listening to music and calming myslef down i am able to get on the trampoline and try again!

Sienna has improved so much!! She has gotten so close on all the skills also a tip for the aerial hold something in both hands as it makes ypu not want to put your hands down or you could do it of something like a ramp! ❤❤❤
It's also okay to know your limits. Mia is not a gymnast and you can't really "push yourself" into knowing skills that take time to learn.

i love this i think you guys should try a rock climbing version. and i did gymnastics but i quit since i was the worst on my team and didd'nt feel motivated to do it anymore but watching your guys vids make me want to go back and i totaly feel siena when she was having a mental block it happens all the time just try your best to power through them. Sienna is absolutely pheneomenal i learn gymnastics and just learning do splits and focusing on an ariel sadly having a bit of a mental block but seeing you do all of your amazong tricks has helped me a lot xxx

Hi fizz fam sienna and Mia are both doing well with there sports I am a gymnast to and I am the same age as sienna I hope she can get her backhanspring soon the only tips I have got is just trust yourself, keep your arms as straight and tight/strong as you can and even if you dont land on your feet if you do them things you will at least not land on your head which is the most important thing! I love you guys so much can't wait to see more of sienna's gymnastics love you all so much xxxxx ❤

I have taken a break from gymnastics for a term and also this term and I am thinking of going back. You guys have made me realise that I can do anything if I put my mind to it ( well maybe not everything)

What really helped me with mental blocks was envisioning myself doing the skill/and landing it and then just try and go for it right after!
Hi sienna imma level 6 gymnast my tip is try using a slope and spot at the start i would help a lot do it on air mats once it is easier and try on floor with a spot.

Sienna don't worry u will get it ,u have improved so much ! I could do flips and handsprings and loads off stuff then I broke my arm doing a walkover and now I've got a mental block of flips and walkover and I haven't tried a backhandspring since ,don't worry u can do it ! X

Sienna, don’t be too hard on yourself. Throwing yourself backwards is scary. When you have your private coach, continue to work on the skill with a spot until you feel comfortable enough to do it on your own. My sister was a gymnast in the 90’s. She was training level 8 (in the US). Her dismount on the beam was a back handspring, back tuck of the end of the beam. She could do each part individually, but couldn’t connect them. Unfortunately, she became too frustrated and decided gymnastics was no longer what she wanted to do. If you allow the mental block to take over, you won’t be able to get around it. Continue to push through and work hard!
