I went with Bullstrap because of three things: 1- The open bottom which allows me to use almost any accessories the requires to be pluged in. 2- Easy swipe gestures from the bottom. 3- Open bottom makes removing the case off my iPhone much easier than closed one and less prone to crack from port side. I didn't have any issues with protection from my experience.
The open bottom is better. USB Cs come in so many sizes. Even with the bigger cut outs from other cases I still found some USB C cords won’t fit. No problems with open bottom.
Bullstrap is most definitely one of my top 3 favorite leather cases. I have mine in the navy blue and it goes flawlessly with my blue Titanium 15 Pro Max. The open bottom doesn’t bother me what so ever, but that’s a matter of preference. Overall quality on the Bullstrap is exceptional and I highly recommend it!!
If its in the top 3, who are the other two? I too have the blue titanium, and just ordered my first Bullstrap case. I was going back and forth between the blue and the slate. I’ve always enjoyed contrast, which is why I went with the slate.
I managed to get my hands on the new Bullstrap Contemporary Sienna closed bottom case, and gotta say it’s a game changer! I love it! I also love my Andar case as well. The bullstrap one is softer, thicker, and a bit heavier in the hand and the Andar one is a bit thinner and lighter. I don’t plan to give it up. Can’t wait for this Contemporary Sienna case to patina over time. I do prefer the camera bezel metal ring on the Andar. There is nearly no clearance on the bull strap one. looking forward to you to do a review of the new contemporary case, keep up the great work. I love your videos! 👊🏼😎
Bullstrap is having issues with it's closed case. I received two defective cases in a row. The bottom cutouts did not line up with the speakers and the charging port. Bullstrap did provide a full refund, including shipping costs, both ways as the should have. That being said, I love their open bottom case and it is fantastic.
@@steveschwartz5417 that’s unfortunate. Sounds like you had a little bit of bad luck. I’m really not that picky and feel that mine is perfect. I did have to send back the first one, but the second one fits just fine.
Gotta say between Andar and Bullstrap, Bullstrap does feel way more comfortable in the hands. Andar is really nice too, but bullstrap does feel like it's 1 or 2 levels above.
I have the iPhone 15 Pro in the sienna colorway like Tee in this video and it is absolute smokin' hot. I'm about three weeks and it already has an incredible patina. I was leery of the open bottom at first, but the functionality (i.e., swiping up) is amazing and I've had no issues with durability. The buttons are excellent, the fit is spot on, and the feel is amazing. Oh yeah, the best part of this case is that you get two free replacements per year for any reason, even cosmetic. Lastly, Tee is correct. Bullstrap's leather is second to none. Better than Andar and Ryan London. I have those too.
Bullstrap is the best quality there leather is just amazing has a nice grip too. I also have the andar aspen and it’s nice but Bullstrap quality is far superior
I ordered it thanks to you and it’s honestly the best case I have ever owned. The leather is high quality and the sienna color looks even more beautiful in person.
You get what you pay for… I’ve got the bullstrap and the Andar, both are excellent but so far the feel of the leather from the bullstrap is higher quality IMO. The lifetime warranty is a major plus point, plus there are still many who prefer the open bottom design for swiping etc. Andar is up there, but a different design so it’s going to come down to personal preference and budget.
I have andar and Bullstrap and the bullstrap are far superior andar is ok but bullstrap is a very premium leather and they patina extremely well I have the slate to go with my natural titanium and I absolutely love it
Could you please review Ryan London next? That’s be awesome. A Ryan London vs Andar (and maybe Bullstrap) would be excellent aswell. Those 2 seem to be top dogs on Reddit.
I saw that on Reddit also, no I’m looking at Ryan London cases, I like that you can monogram them. I have one from grams28, but I like their classic brown from Ryan London
I noticed the item description says "full-grain" leather now. Weren't they top-grain leather before? I wonder if that means they upgraded the case. I just really wish the bottom lip wasn't exposed.
Tee I saw in another comment you’re gonna review the Ryan London which is great. Have you ever considered reviewing a Carved? I wonder what’s the difference practically between a wood case and a leather one.
That does get you a lifetime of two free replacements every year if you damage it. If you are planning on keeping the phone and case for a few years it might be worth it, especially if you prefer to use leather cases since they can get damaged over time.
@@jerm_Yes for sure. Just figured with that huge price tag that maybe it was made in the US. I guess that lifetime warranty balloons the price. Much rather get an Andar Aspen at $55 price point.
@@MrFadedGlory79it definitely is too much but I bought an aspen this year and had a bad drop within a week. Case looks like junk now with big gashes in it and no warranty to get a new one. All depends how often you drop your phone I guess
@@Dixoncider69420I hear you there. I had my Aspen on my phone for a few months and never dropped it but I was extremely careful and actually got tired of being too careful. Bought a caudabe sheath and I love it! So I’ll eventually switch back off and on but the sheath is amazing.
Yo we need cases content for Samsung Knights too or least those rocking S23u and i15pm. Team apple doesn't really care about their phone (minority) to really focus on them lol
Made in China eh? I genuinely thought after all the hype that premium price was for at-home USA craftsmanship. What a jip. Is Andar made in China also? Are they all?? 😂😂
Got this case a few years back and can attest to the quality of the leather. However, the bottom cut out is a deal breaker for me, not to mention the weight. The Andar Aspen weighs 38 grams with a metal ring around the camera with the bottom covered, no ugly ass bull logo in the middle, and at half the price. Bullstrap really needs a redial, as it looks like a wannabe apple leather case from many years ago.
Bullstrap is far superior. If the open bottom is a deal breaker then of course Andar is an option but if you want the best quality and fit, Bullstrap is it

The positive to the Bullstrap is the warranty
O yeah for sure.
Bruh I’ve gotten like 4 bullstrap cases for $5 shipping only their warranty is top tier
They just dropped a closed bottom case
The open bottom is better. USB Cs come in so many sizes. Even with the bigger cut outs from other cases I still found some USB C cords won’t fit. No problems with open bottom.

Can’t beat the quality either. Andar has a lower quality, but has more protection. I own both and I tend to gravitate toward the bullstrap.

I have all three. I like the Bullstrap the best.

“TACTILLITY”…I like it

hai T, i want to buy leather case which one do you prefer? Bullstrap , Ryan london , or Enzo leather case ? please need ur reccomendation. Tks
What glass do you suggest?
Are you going to review the closed bottom Bullstrap cases as well
I found a bunch of these cases selling at $2 at Marshall’s instantly bought 2….they are doing a final clearance for that store going out of business
Which Marshalls?
Nah bro, what you saw at Marshalls aint Bullstrap. You can only get these online from their company’s website
Bullstrap is the best quality out there hands down.
I agree completely and the slate colour for Bullstrap looks amazing on my natural titanium
@technicallytee any plans on doing a review video of their latest Bullstrap Contemporary case? Thanks
My bullstrap case is on the way and it’s gonna see the construction world everyday 😮💨 warranty baby

Love me the Bullstrap Bourbon for my 15 pro max
Let’s see a Ryan London leather case review
ayo Tee, mad respect for the shake test bro
FWIW, just did the same test with the Andar (Pro Max) and the same Anker battery wouldn't sling off.
It would be nice to see follow up reviews on which leather cases patinas the best
That's easy. Bullstrap patinas the fastest and the nicest. I have most of the others.
@@steveschwartz5417 how fast would you say it patinas
The alignment magnet is there but its just so weak on my 15

I’m sorry but 70 bucks is my limit considering that’s already a lot of money to me, but 100 after taxes and shipping is wild

Satchel and Paige is KING
Bullstrap are def my fav leather cases… 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Agree completely 🙏🏻
What’s the other case? Andor?
So it's basically half the price case with an upcharge because of the warranty
No screen protector on your Apple Watch ultra 2?
O noooooo
@@TechnicallyTee You're right
The year Bullstrap covers the bottom part I’ll be the first in the line.
Tee Try Ryan London case sick all around Leather bro check it out
Nice one Tee yes it’s costing a lot , it cost me €110 for the phone Rebel case and shipping nothing cheap 😂😎👍
It could be butt cheek sheep skin leather and it still wouldn't be worth the $100 😂
Just ordered one for my 15 pro max ❤
You will love it the premium leather you get with bullstrap is perfection
$100 there better be a glass screen protector in there at least
That bottom not being covered is just lazy to me for that price. 💪🏽 💪🏽
Great review tee! Prefer the new format of case reviews
Life Time Warranty 😮
Fantastic case but will take the bottom closed any day...
The bottom not being covered is just unacceptable these days. Next…

90% of products you own at home are made in China.
95% of cases will be made in China because of cheap labor and manufacturing. If they all manufacture it within North America, it’ll cost 5x the price.
