That was so over the top zen master alien that my brain had trouble connecting all the dots and I just began simply appreciating the experience! That solo should be heard by all the haters on Sax On The Web. Yes, he just played that on a JL Woodwinds New York Signature saxophone. 🎉
Well ,then I assume you have personally tried them with a few different mouthpieces and a few different reed brands. I also assume you are a master musician to make such a statement. I have only played saxophione professionally in jazz, classical and pop settings for 50 yrs and I couldn't possibly make that determination without the extended try out I have described.-and then it would still be subjective. I've owned 120 horns every major brand, vintage and size from many ninos ,c horns thru basses . I am amazed at your ability to make that determination.
@@zangsax well . I am taking about the sax demonstrated in this video. It is clear . Very clear that most modern sax has this nasal sound. Very unclear and indistinct. I can hear it in the recording. Including Mark vi and Sbas.
You need to play it against a sax that is not nasal to see the big difference. I can state a sax that I know that has this purity of sound. Non nasal and a gorgeous craftsmanship. GRASSI SAXOPHONES. Made in Italy.
The Limehouse Blues are great! Thank you for your solo!
Yesssss 🙏🔥
Man, wished I lived closer. Would live to try one of these horns. Sounds killer!
Awww yes! You would be more than welcome in our shop! We are working on getting more dealers for our saxophones.

Yessss! Soooo cool to see you two hook up. This is great.
Bartley isn't of this world. JL the horn sounds awesome of course. Are you working on his Yamaha?
