This really takes me back. At the time Gran Turismo came out, I was starting school. On the way there, someone had a TVR Griffith parked outside on their driveway. I used to stare at it every day. Between seeing that one, and playing gran turismo a lot, I didn't realise just how rare they were at the time. I miss TVR, they had some really nice designs. They were really on a roll in the 90s too, shame it all went belly up for them in the mid 2000s.
They need these manufacturer songs on 'Gran Turismo Sport' and every one after that! I don't know another game that has each car manufacturer with a song... So epic!
10 years on its surprising how far away from this we've gone not in a good way either. Just a remasterd version of 1 and 2 together with more older cars from that time frame before cars got silly fast cheap
I recognized the insane potential of Cerbera's and Griffith's right in the first time I took them for a drive! I was just 5 or 6 old.. Respect for those rocket brits 👏💚
Cerbera was my fav car in GT1 and 2. i mastered it. GT1 has the best OST of all GT. This industrial-techno-sound fits so perfectly to the game and to a 90s racing game in general.
they still have them, even in GT5. The cerbera speed six can be bought new in the dealerships, and you can find the cerbera speed 12 with some difficulty in the used dealership. I think they might carry the Griffith models also.
I think they messed up after GT3. They became so obsessed with details in GT4, that the races weren't well laid out and fun anymore. GT3 reminded me of a next gen (at the time anyway) GT1, in the way the races were organized, and how the menus looked. It was the last one which was simple.
@YuneroTheShadowGhost yeah i forgot GT4, but in GT4 i think it was for every country same music (but randomly played). But doing so many different tracks would be hard, when you must do each different enough to they can be distiguish between them (GT1 for example has 10 songs, and each track is enough distiguished, but doing 50+ songs will be almost impossible). But as you think i think the same, they should do Used and New and SPECIAL car models for each manufacturer separated. :)
TVR man when i played this game i was around 9 - 10 and i had the same feel with Dodge too, they were too fast and hard to controll them for me, but i always had my respect against those enemies who were TVR or Dodge because they were soo fast :D
@karelpipa y, in gt2 manufacturer was very good organiced, or as in gt4, organized by countrys. i think gt6 should organice manufacturers as gt1 and 2, every manufacturer with his own new car and used car market. (and it should have all cars in premium mode :D)
@DrHappySmilealot I dont agree with you on that one m8, i think Gran Turismo always stayed true to its original style. The music in Gt5 has the same effect as the music in Gt1, it's epic and burned in my mind forever! ;p Tomb raider, Need for speed,... are far better examples of game's that totally lost their way. I feel like Gran Turismo is the only major game that can make sequels that people love, not only the new generations of gamers, but also the older playstation 1 generation of gamers.
@YuneroTheShadowGhost i think because GT5 has more than 5 times or so more manufacturers, it would be better to do it as in GT2 (West, East, North and South areas).
GT1 and GT2 were such mysterious feeling games. They messed up the Gran Turismo series after the second one. The same thing happened with Metal Gear Solid.
Nostalgia :')
o yes
Best song nostalgique total

Wait GT5 did it.
This ladies and Gentlemen was my childhood in a nutshell. Listening to this epic music while playing the game all day so I could buy a TVR!
GT1 and GT2 were some of the best moments in video game history for me :)

Best dealer music right here
Used to call the Griffith the Griffin 500, actually I still do.
Fun fact: The Griffith used the rear lights from a Vauxhall/Opel Cavalier. Exotic!
I recognized the insane potential of Cerbera's and Griffith's right in the first time I took them for a drive! I was just 5 or 6 old.. Respect for those rocket brits 👏💚
my favourite track

Cerbera LM Edition hands down best car in the game. Managed to even surpass the FTO LM Edition.
15 years ago... cry
15 years ago... this was already 5 years old!
excellent vibes over this track!, completely forgot about the existence of theses, like if i just found a part of my missing memories 😂
They HAVE to remaster these manufacturer songs with new instruments and put then on GT 7 and GT 8 and GT 1000.
nah it's all shitty jazz now
Playing this while sitting in the car, feels like every one is racing
Play this at 0.5 it's like Kane entrance in WWF lol
Legendary

The genesis that started it all
Fun is all around
Everyone is all around
This goes fucking hard
Manufacturer music (the SAME songs, just remastered) and SSR11...that's ALL I ask for...
Fuck I'm behind a year but at least I'm here now haha

Gt4 was good after that went downhill

THE CERVERA AND GRIFFIT

TVR cars are all about speed, no driving. but to me they are the classiest cars in GT.
Cue F@F transition scene music;
Cue Blade "bloody club" scene music;
Cue Neo calling Cypher midsection music
@1995MattyD yeah, it will be nice that every car manufacturer have his own music in gt5 following the music styl of gt1 (but with better quality :D)
Cerberus and Evo my favourite cars in the game
@TotalPs3 seach for galbadia hotel on google, theres many many soundtracks
@karelpipa y, in gt2 manufacturer was very good organiced, or as in gt4, organized by countrys. i think gt6 should organice manufacturers as gt1 and 2, every manufacturer with his own new car and used car market. (and it should have all cars in premium mode :D)
wish i played the first GT
Faaaaaantastiik!!!!!
Sounds Gothic and Mythical, like TVR itself
Ah, the Griffith, rivaled only by the Viper in it's power and annoyance as I tried to catch up to them
where can we download these tracks?

@1995MattyD you can put them yourself ;)
Cerbera limited edition race car bummm!
@scaleop4 Get some songs and make your own list!!
Music " now buy serious car "
Do TVRs still exist?
Unfortunately they died out like so many small British car makers, but under new ownership apparently they're bringing out new models this year.
Those 2 models are legendary 💚 maybe one day I will get one!
slow it down and its demon music
WTF?! It's Faithless-Insomnia song !!!
You need to find new friends.
Sadly not
fuck you
@@rainbowdash9139 bruh you just replied to a 9 year old comment .

I disagree with Metal Gear Solid...
There are very good and recent games from the franchise.
why is it that most of the music sucks in gt5....its like shit pop classic music its all gone fuckin soft.
