So nice to see one without its ears cropped or tail docked. They look nice that way too but you rarely see one the way they’re born to look
The ears and tails are cropped because unlike their loose necks, ears and tails are easy points for predators to grab onto. They look better natural but, I prefer better survivability. Perhaps I won't crop my females in my future central asian shepherd pack since the females are not usually the ones to engage in the fight.
@@slowfudgeballs9517 I agree, if they’re working LGDs who are going to fight wolves they should probably have at least their ears cropped, but otherwise it’d be nice to leave them as is
How old was the Alabai in the video? :)

I guess only the owner truly knows their dog but, I'd still be worried about instincts and someone making a wrong move while I wasn't holding the leash...
Still impressive but, I'd bet it was female.
id argue nobody bothers to train their alabai so people think these instinctive traits are insurmounable when in truth they're probably as easy to train as a border collie.
A border collie, a labrador and an alabai certainly have cery different drives and instics. It is not only a matter of training!
Its not pure alabai .....seems like a mix with retreiver or labrador
It seems like a great pyrenees.
i prefer the CAS w ears and tale. almost looks like an Akbash. I'd rather have a serious dog like CAS looking like this then the militant pitbull look.
Cropping ears is usually done for protection, easy locations to bite and pin down your dog with. Their necks evolved to be loose and thick but their ears and tail are still a weak point.
