Canelo was the "BIGGER" Man

Although the weight wasn’t the main reason why Canelo (Saul Alvarez) was victorious in this fight, it definitely played a role in making it one-sided. There will be other skills and tactics that we will talk about in this mini series that helped Canelo Gain a victory over Jermell Charlo, but add the skill difference in consideration plus the weight and this fight literally favors one guy. Jermell was slow, not as mobile, sluggish and heavy, sure you can argue that he didn’t risk or do much offensively to get a win, but he was fighting arguably one of the best boxers of this era at his weight class, 14 pounds above of where he reigns as champion.
