Not sure what's up with notifications, I noticed on Friday night all the guys mentioned your go live feed hadn't come up as a notification. I didn't get fridays notification and I have chrome on as well just so the notifications pop up in the corner of my screen. Sure it'll work itself out. When fitting the sway bar Don't tighten the two screws with the washers down tight, evidently they should hold it down but let it move! No instructions but people have let me know to loosen them a bit. I'll test it in the morning, mind you if this rain keeps up I'll be putting new turf down as the MX28's are eating my grass!
Yeah man. Gotta loosen those mounting screws. When the left side is depressed up the right side should move up with it on front and back assemblies. 👊😎

Do these sway bars actually work good? I’m having a problem with my 4x4 slash where if your on pavement and punch it it won’t stay in a straight line like the front end is Squirrley. Not so much the back. I do t really have a problem with body roll. I’m just bashing. Thanks
Driftomaniacs what sway bars for the slash 4x4 would you recommend? The hot racing ones or the regular traxxas ones? I’ll get whatever one you suggest. Going to my lhs at noon tomorrow.
The sway bars are to tight loosen up the mounting screws with the washers when you push a tire up it should move the other tire on the oppaset side as well
You would think they could come up with a better way to hold the wire down besides washers you need the sway bar to be held down but turn freely don't those washers pinch it down and make it hard to turn?
You pull up on one side and the sway bar doesn't move the other side at all because it's pinched under two screws, I don't get how this is supposed to work I watched you pull up on one side and only one side of the sway bar moved it's should atleast move the other wheel up some but it's pinched under two washers and cant turn that's why sway bars in any vehicle use bearings so the bar can do its job and twist am I wrong? I'm not being rude at all I'm just completely baffled how is a sway bar supposed to work when it's fixed in the middle all you have is a stiffer spring

Nicely done rich! I wonder if this would help the rolling over problem that the arrma big rock crew cab 3s has. What are your thoughts on this??
a front sway bar might help. Apparently I need to loosen the two centre washers on this setup to make them work properly
Where can i buy the sway bars from? Part numbers
What sway bar kit were you using? I bought the hot racing SLF311, trying to fit on my rustler 4x4 vxl
Yeah, I agree that they handle better with them, cool video
Whats the website or part number for the sway bars i need them for my rustler 4x4 vxl?
Is there a link for this sway bar kit for the rustler 4x4 vxl ???
Yeah man. Gotta loosen those mounting screws.

will do
Indeed I'm on it tonight. Thought for the day? It'd be helpful if they came with instructions!

I would say yes they make a big difference on every car I've fitted them to

I don't know if sway bars are necessary for bashing?
Nope!
The sway bars are to tight loosen up the mounting screws with the washers when you push a tire up it should move the other tire on the oppaset side as well
noted!
@@DriftomaniacsRC loose the top screw a tab bit the sway bars got to have movement
What are sway bars used for ?
Great upgrade video bro!
Nice tutorial but you are tightening them too much. The sway bar doesn't work if it's not able to move.
Theibault
Yup your right.
on it! I've driven a few cars with them but these are the first ones I've fitted. I appreciate everyone's input.
@@DriftomaniacsRC No worries! Just want your nice upgrade to work properly Richie!
Cool Vid Richie Rich 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Very nice sway bar big thumbs up my friend XD

I did the sways not hard to do, I take off the rear lower shock bolt my advice.
can you expand on that a bit, not 100% quite sure what you mean on the rear lower shock bolt. I'm open to advice so do let me know.
very nice rc👍👍
It would probably help getting the rear together if you remove the back section of the vehicle
Great
Holy crap why didn't you wash your car first ??? LOL

The screws need to be losened a bit to allow the sway bar to transfer the force to the other side.
Sway bar's pop off like nothing waste of time and money
