Wanawacheki my mentors
You see place in Kenya and realize why the mzungu tried to make it a permanent settler colony like Australia and sa. They even had the temerity to name these places the 'White highlands' after evicting locals. Mungu ibariki Afrika and a happy pre madaraka day to all Kenyans!
Mzungu atakwisha siku moja.
This guy is overworking on marketing kenya to the world.big up man you are really atrue legend who deserve arecognition man.i love how soft spoken you are.i sense agreat human in you man.big up and keep exploring kenya
Thank you,we shall keep exploring our beautiful country.
You've said it, Phaheart Ali.
I agree with you. He is soft spoken and sounds very hamble. The voice is soothing. Keep it up man.
Imagine Kenya would be another Canada, Australia or South Africa if it wasn’t for the BRAVE Kenyan ancestors who shed their BLOOD for their nation. God bless Kenya ✊🏿
I'm nort religious but thank god and AMEN TO THAT!!!!!
*not.
Half of the kikuyu tribe died during this uprising. But I am happy the population has increased again.
My father RIP and mau mau fighters ...mum is still alive and my aunt over 90's still remember they were in jail for 5 months
What do you mean seriously
Kenya is really beautiful and that little waterfall/stream by the roadside is cute.
🌲🌳 A temperate paradise! I see why the colonizers wouldn’t leave 🇰🇪..☺️
Hehehe... Not as hilly as Murang'a
Jack Muraguri really? never been..hope to one day..🤞🏽
Nyandarua has really developed, Nice houses unlike the last time I was there 25 years ago. I am really loving these videos from rural Kenya. We have been bombarded too much with Nairobi videos. Keep it up. Do something that others don't do
We enjoy the views from above most. There is nothing there just seeing a road. With drone shots one sees a much larger area with a bird's eyes! By the way the Aberdares ranges cover Kiambu, Murang'a, Nyeri and Nyandarua counties. You just said that they are located in Nyandarua County.
2:41 abadare ranges is home to abadare national park the third national park to be established in 1950, after Nairobi and tsavo respectively, named after lord abadare, it's an important migration route for elies migrating to Mt Kenya, ngare ndare, lewa and samburu national reserves its the water catchment of ewaso nyiro, chania river it hosts the ark hotel where queen Elizabeth was declared the queen after her father's death while having a vacation in the abadare national park
I just love your details 👌👌
Nobody cares about your queen
As a hiker, I have absolutely loved the video. The drone shots!!! Well done Josh and thanks Afrikan Traveller for showcasing how beautiful Kenya is.
Thank you.
Am so excited to see the drone right above our house 😍 thanks for marketing our County.
You guys u need to visit kisii and Nyamira it's so green and fertile
I hope you'll dig out some of the history around the areas you are passing through. It has a rich and sometimes painful history. There are many monuments just next to the road you are driving. The Happy Valley, settler mansions, and much, much more.
Hi guys.u are doing great job.u are teaching us geography of Kenya and Africa.thanks
Our pleasure!
Here to stay watching all adds, because i am here and want to see you grow as you show us the world
I miss kenya soooo much. Now after being in many other countries i realise how beatiful kenya is❤️
Watching all the ads as I sample the beauty of magical Kenya. Well done team - Appreciated!!
Karibu sana
🇰🇪 - A year ago a PLANE fell in the thick FORESTS of ABERDARES and it took a Week before it was Found.
so lovely to see Africans brand their countries without the influence of western media
The mzungus only lie
Awesome, umepitia Kinangofu😃
Very nice video.
Asante sana.
Next time go through the nyeri/nyahururu road.
Pia huko ni ku poa
Suggest the same is very nice and it's also stretches along the other side of arbadares.
The pilot is So experienced, he is taking every caution to consideration...The ride becomes more swift with Driver on the other hand taking the wheel down.Great job Guys
you could have stopped at kanyenyaini in kinamba from Njabini there is a nyama choma place with delicious meat pies
The country side is way cleaner and organized.
I looove Nyandarua county! The Aberdares are such a mystic symbol of creation.
I can imagine the fresh air there. Truly majestic
Ohhhh...please don't tell me...watching from not so fresh air in Dallas, TX
@@ladysafari01 I believe Texas is hot?😓
@@nicoledinga9948 it's been cool and raining all week...but the summer heat is starting to show face 77°F as we speak.
I spent most of my childhood in potato ,pyrethrum and wheat farms in shamata Nyandarua county .so many hidden gems
Me too!!!
Ave just seen you guys passing by my grandma home place near wajohi girls, that place is so dope and you made it amazing through the camera lens, keep it up bro
Nyandarau's Beauty, through African Traveller's lens
😊😊😊
Its time to explore northern Kenya, Lodwar, Marsabit, Mandera, Wajir, Garissa and Isiolo 'town's'.
True
Would love too but my small can't Can't get to those Areas unfortunately 😔
@@AfrikanTraveller nowdays the road from Nairobi Isiolo Moyale road is well paved
You tubers in Garissa to Mandera collabo with AT and Joash to make happen . Or a great tour company sponsor our AT for this.
Aberdare ranges looking magnificent.
Btw i think huku ndio retirement area lol
just amazing Nature, missing Home!
Afrikan Traveller, and Josh Muuo, I can’t thank you enough!! The drone shots of the Aberdares are breathtaking! And your geographical knowledge and love of the land makes this video therapeutic! Nīewega Wa Nyūmba! 💝🙏🏾💕
A road trip and a half indeed
This was very scenery. I love the potatoe farm. In my country (Libsria) potato greens are one of our most popular dishes. It tastes just like spinach.
In Kenya we don't eat potato greens and most greens are not consumed by the majority including kale and spinach stalks
@@Utadowot Very interesting. Thanks for your comment
My home county.
I have never seen it from an aerial view though. Good job
Thank you.
great job as usual bro.. another history moment.. its aberdares ranges, named by scottish settlers after aberdare region in wales..also named by joseph thompson after a welsh aristocrat. nyandarua is the original name in kikuyu meaning a place of dried hides, after the shadow from the ranges.. is promised land..
Loving Josh’s background the roads sky greens sunlight
The roads in Kenya are so good nowadays.
Very ,,, but there's room for improvement
Wow the place looks beautiful! This place can be a good hideout away from the Nairobi pollution! But that’s possible if you own a house around those areas!
My best channel ever💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥🔥 and my mentor
Most welcome Bro.
Wow! Absolutely, amazing scenery.
What I love most about your videos is that, not only do you have awesome footage but you also share interesting (insider) information and details about the areas you visit.
Nyambura was a great investment, the content has really improved. I lived here in my early age and went to boarding school here(Kamuka anyone)? So i understand when you mention the cold weather especially in the morning. Olkalau has not changed much just new roads. Nice....John am still waiting for the Meru, Timau, Subuiga trip. Take Josh with you
looks like only nairobi roads are poor, roads are popping out here
hello there 🤠🤠🤠 i really love your videos my bro. After work am usually too tired to watch movies so i usually go straight to your channel and watch your videos and a few cartoons with my kid. I have a suggestion, if its okay with you that is, maybe you can also be taking videos while hiking hills and mountains. I bet the drone shots up there would just be holistic, something nobody has ever done🙂🙂. You and Josh look quite physically enabled. Climbing a mountain or a hill would be like eating chips for you😂😂😂 very easy. Anyway, I love your videos, keep doing what you do, stay safe and keep on being blessed🙌🙌🙌🙌
thank you🤠
Wow! Sounds so much like my routine 😂
AT videos are very therapeutic, I too wind down watching them after a long day.
The scenery is on another level man,,nice work as always
Thank you Afrikan traveller for showing us Kenia, this is a awesome beautifull country.
The motherland at large is on another level of beauty and dynamics, including her population.
I just saw my hometown there @Ndunyu Njeru , Big up guys for viewing my beautiful county, We have many natural resources in the county unlike our useless leaders
You passed by my school , Wanjohi, OMG.
Beautiful!!! I was so excited to see another video
Oh man'road trips in my head.....loved the video
I have really enjoyed this vlog, wow makes me miss home i have been here before with school trips in 2004 i was in class 6, but of course seeing it from such professional videography is amazing thank you guys😍😍😍😍
Breathtaking views
This is heaven on earth ❤👌🏿 thank you guys for sharing with us❤
Our pleasure!
Nice... Since you're going geography I hope you will cover the Yatta Plateau in Tsavo East National Park, which is the World's longest lava flow that spans over 300 kilometers.
Thank you Afrikan Traveller and Josh for visiting my home town (Engineer town). Hope you enjoyed the scenic view however the road between Njabini and Fly-Over should be repaired by the county government (Franci Kimemia - The governor ) ASAP.
what a beautiful place. On my travel lists
Aberdare Range, mountain range, forming a section of the eastern rim of the Great Rift Valley in west-central Kenya, northeast of Naivasha and Gilgil and just south of the Equator.
Love it❤
I so much appreciate your effort to capture your videos while driving. I was just wondering how you shoot from high up with incredible clarity and then you happened to explain. As you had promised, the sceneries are fantastic. Aberdares is humongous given that the Nyeri side is yet to be covered. This footage alongside Kericho tea farms, Kisumu, Mwae rice fields etc are my all time faves.
And here to listen, watch, enjoy and learn
Thanks you.
Incredibly beautful! You've outdone yourself this time. Thank you so much.
Aba what.Its Nyandarua ranges.beauty🔥🔥🔥❤️
Very beautiful, I like the roads nd Ranges they are blessed.
Keep the videos coming~the editing and video ideas are superb
Do a trip to the Elgeiyo Escarpment. You will see one of the best views. Iten - Kabarnet road.
Thanks bro for the beautiful shots..i love watching your videos
Thx alot for All the Tours

Been looking out for this one, thought i missed it. Drone shots amazing. The amazing roads twist and turns, the greenery. Good job guys.
great work ,great team ,epic shots
Scenic & beautiful views. Good job Yall.
Thanks for taking me back to my Geography classes......those ranges are the one forming so called 'tao la mashariki' they goes up to Usambara mountain ranges and Udzungwa mountain ranges in Tanzania
6.19 You turn left to my grandma place..I really miss her though
Just when I started to miss the potholes, YEAH, there is one :). Thank you guys, enjoyed it very much again!!
Beautiful scenery. Fantastic job.
Thanks bro!
Big inspiration to explore the Motherlandl Kenya.
Edit: Really smooth transitions. Nice work.
Most welcome Bro
This is my greatgrandparent place. Moved there after independence. When was kid almost all houses here were mud walled and thatched roofs
Lol
The place is so serene....
Guy's listen to that....
Oops background music 😂
Nice effort but it would be nice if you gave a running commentary of the places you pass. BTW, there is no Olkalou to Naivasha road. You were on Olkalou to Flyover road. Your drone was great.
please do the kenol marua dual carriage way please we see the progress
good job guys, and the drone shots are incredible, keep it up definitely I like, subscribe and I love travelling, thx
Try getting closer to the mountains by using the Wanjohi route, leads you through the forest and you exit at ndonyo njeru town. A 4x4 recommended.
can't believe Kenya has such good roads across the country
Since 2002, kenyan government has invested heavily on infrastructure.
Once starlink goes live, I'll move to the country sides. The country looks nice.
My shagz. The drone shots are incredible. Keep up.
Up there in the mountains I saw alien plants I have never seen, its like another planet, good drone footage! need more of that
Thanks for showing us the world through your lens. Am a fan of your works and I learn a lot from them. Kudos. A point for Improvement, in some videos the music is quite high and the narration too low and one has to keep lowering and increasing the volume. Other than that, cool works bro. Keep it up
Fresh video guys!!
Do a road trip from Marsabit to Nairobi. You will love it.
I'm so hooked!!!!!!
Keep them coming bro
