- The Wicked Willys truck that Mel and Stacey have been wrenching on is back in the shop after the engine install, a stay in the paint booth where it got its Sherwood Green color, and some custom wood paneling.
I remember watching the Willys build back when this was first aired, I was in 7th or 8th grade and it instantly became my favorite vehicle I'd ever seen at the time.
That was such a cool project
THE IMPROVEMENT WITH THE DODGE HOLY SHIT!
What's crazy is what stock numbers are now. Their upgrades don't make what a stock L5P makes. 20 years makes a difference I guess. Banks is over 1000hp on a Duramax which is nuts.
...WOW!!! LOOKS GREAT...
Awesome video
i remember when i was young i used to go over to my grandparents for thanksgiving or christmas and this would always be playing with all the men watching.
#Trucks. 20 years ago showing us what the coal-rolling, “Bro-truck” BS still can’t get right today: reliable, long lasting, efficient diesel power. I wouldn’t be surprised if this truck is still running this setup.
NEW DODGE DIESEL ! This was filmed around 1999-2002!!!!
Seems about right.
Title states S2 E16 at the end of the title.
1999, inferences it from the wicked willys with the lightning in it.
Don’t need a cat. Those were the days. Back before we all knew what junk the factory lift pumps were.
what ever happened to the hairy hauler? was it ever finished?
When I met Stacey at a car show he told me all the old Trucks projects were destroyed by the Network for legal reasons.
I've heard that the wicked willys and the copperhead are still out there. there's even a video of Stacey being reunited with the copperhead.
@@krazi77 i think the wicked willys ended up at his fathers if i remember right
Stacey really is stuck in the 80s
Smh reruns
