As a fan of tech shoes I was very happy to see Vans make a more tech shoe again. I have 3 pairs of these and I love them for the summertime. Very breathable.
@@Skatebetter I feel you. But that’s me with any skate shoe really. I got a half price deal for a shoe I love the TNT Advanced Prototype and also some Shake Junt Kyle Walker 2 Pros. I would never have gotten the latter if it wasn’t for that deal. Just waiting for the arrival of the shoes now.
Man oh man. Now my wife is going to be a little suspect as to why I'm now willing to go with her to Nordstrom Rack. By me it is a mad house there. I saw online they don't have my size and the Vans site the cheapest they have it is $70 right now. At the $50ish price point the Vans AVE Pro is a super value. It is super durable and supportive. Thanks for this helpful review.
Hey man I'm probably too late for you to reply but I'm size 8.5 should I get the shoe in my exact size or should I get the shoe in size 9 incase the shoe dosent fit.
Happy to help if I can G- for me i usually skate 8.5 and these fit my shoe exactly like I want. In my normal life I wear 9.5 in everything and i always go down a size in skate shoes (personal perf). The toe box isn’t super narrow so unless you have a really wide foot i think you’ll be ok!

@@Skatebetter It's been a while but there was a period of Vans not wanting to make any vulc shoes. I think it took Geoff Rowley to change that.

Lol, same. I was there the other day with wifey and they had lots of converse cons in my size for around $40. Very tempting.
