*What’s YOUR favorite face tint?*
Stephanie Marie the makeup forever skin tint w/ spf is really good ! I also love the bare minerals complexion rescue .
This summer, I am using only tinted sunscreen (Colorescience Sunforgettable Face) over Elta UV Elements. I slightly powder in the t-zone with Charlotte Tilbury powder. I do have an oily t-zone, too.
I used to use and love FAB’s Tinted Moisturizer, but find (especially lately) that it can break up sometimes. I think it really depends on what I’m wearing underneath.
I'm constantly using the Nudestix Tinted Blur lately. I adore it, and though it looks like nothing on the skin, I'm shocked at how well it blurs my redness. I have fair and very dry skin (with a good skincare routine, so you wouldn't know by looking) and it just works. I wish they had an even lighter shade, but I can make the lightest shade work. They do have a shade option lighter than many other brands though. A few years ago it was almost impossible to find a a base product that was fair enough for me, let alone one that worked with my uber dry skin. I'm thankful for the push in shade expansion throughout the industry. Even though both ends of the shade spectrum have improved, the darker end of the spectrum needs more work over all, while the fair end does still needs a little work too. Well, I really went off topic there 😂
Alexis Leigh Hi Alexis:) I’ve been wanting to try the NUDESTIX Tinted Blur for such a long time but am unsure of what shade to get. I’m very fair with neutral undertones and am afraid that the lightest shade will be too cool. I’m also afraid that the next shade will be too dark. Any suggestions?
I nearly choked on my salad when you said you are in your mid-forties! I thought you are in your mid- twenties! ❤️
Well, you're my favorite person of the YEAR! 🏆Thank you Sandra! 🥰
Me too...😬
I love love love this water tint. I've been using it for about a month and it's so awesome. Leaves the skin hydrated and evened out. ❤️❤️
I.love this tint! My skin is normal aging with a little dehydration due to retinoid use. I have never liked Chanel because of the fragrance but I find this fragrance to be lighter and it dissipates quickly. Two pumps evens out my skin tone and texture. I find that my bb creams now seem heavy in comparison. I use it frequently and am so happy that I purchased! It’s a perfect summer ‘no makeup’ look.
Thanks so much for your views on the fragrance. That’s what was holding me back. I’m surely getting motivated now! 💛
Tammy Woods - I hope you like it! I know that the stores that sell the tint have prepackaged samples so you can try it out.
Marjorie Barnes good to know. I totally feel like BB creams that were HG seem thick, so I try and sheer them out a bit. What do you like for primer and/or powder, or nothing at all? Thanks!
Wendy French I don’t use a primer or a powder- it doesn’t seem to need either for me. I find that it lasts 6-8 hours.
So dose retinoids ages you’re skin?
I’m feeling so conflicted over this one...but, since I’ve been using Paula’s Choice line, my oiliness is much more contained and I’ve been expanding my horizon.🤔 (so philosophical, I mean it’s only makeup!). I did recently try Beauty Counter’s Tinted Moisturizer - something I’ve NEVER done...used a tinted moisturizer, but I went on good faith and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Which brings me to Westman Atelier’s foundation stick and blushers! Gucci Westman ranks super high in my book, so I’m longing to try the line. Why can’t I just leave well enough alone and stick with my two holy grails, ugh! GREAT review as always! Thank you! xoxo
I know right?! We’re never satisfied!! Thank you! 😘
Stephanie Marie ♥️
Thanks Stephanie, the Chanel looks pretty in the bottle; like it is promising magic or something. For the price, I am glad you are trying it out for us!🌞
$114 AUD in Australia....sighhhhh...I really do want to try it for the novelty of it even which is big money for such a product. My skin is exactly the same type as yours....hmmmm...maybe! Great review x
This is solid gold. I’ve been curious about this product. Love the way you filmed this. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Thank you so much!
I received samples of this when I just came out. Even though several of my favorite ladies I follow love it I thought it wouldn’t work for me because of my oily skin and big pores. It took me weeks to finally give it a try and I definitely love it. I don’t know how something so light can make the skin look so good. I don’t set it and I find it last through my work day and my blush lasts even longer than while wearing regular foundation. Thanks for the great review.
That's awesome!!
✨Very thorough 👌🏼 I appreciate a review after you’ve used it for a while 🌟 also love ❤️ the natural light 🙌🏼
Thank you! I was wondering if the lighting was ok!! 😘😘😘
Stephanie Marie ✨I could see more detail 👌🏼 I’ve pretty much gone with natural light unless it’s completely overcast. I find it much less of a hassle than dealing with the ring light 😊
@@StephanieMarie It was great. Your lighting is always appropriate for what you are trying to show us. (That is -- barring an Act of G-d)!!
In my head I heard "bear skin effect" and giggled. I love bears, but I paid a ton in laser hair removal to get rid of the bear skin effect!
This looks amazing on your skin in natural light! Wow!!
I LOVE this product. I use it as a primer due to the skin tone evening, softening and hydrating qualities. I only use one pump (if that) applied with my fingers tips, as you would put on a moisturizer. The pigment balls burst as you rub the product in. It’s beautiful under every foundation I’ve tried it with and the skin looks plump and healthy.
Thanks for your hints.🌸
I do the same thing. Then go over it with a damp beauty blender to even it out. LOVE it 🖤🖤🖤
I have dry dehydrated skin living in the desert with 100+ temperature in the summer. I’ve been wearing this tint for about a month now. I realize it’s pricey, but I LOVE it! ❤️from Vegas
I love the natural light - I’m amazed how this foundation truly looks like a blurring filter and makes your skin look perfect, without looking like makeup at all. I’ve seen it before but thought it was overpriced for basically no coverage - I figured it would be cheaper to buy a fuller coverage foundation and sheer it out, but now I’m wanting to try this. Which primer was your favorite? Since so many products are coming out and you’re enjoying a lighter coverage it would be interesting to hear an updated foundation favorites - IF it has changed, explaining why you’ve changed your mind (skin changes or coverage preference) - I’m seeing more people say they enjoy sheerer coverage now and never expected to, or they tried something years ago, hated it, but now love it (I think you felt that way about CT Magic foundation).
I recently tried NARS Sheer Glow (yes I’m behind) and it felt like a rubber mask (literally dragged my face down because of the weight). It made me think I should try something more sheer and light in texture, so I just picked up MAC water weight foundation- only wore it once, so I’m still experimenting with primers and powders, but so far I like it - it evens out my discoloration (doesn’t cover completely and I have sun damage) but I like that it doesn’t look makeup-y. It definitely will rub off if I don’t powder it, and powder is necessary before bronzer and blush (unless I use cream because it takes a while to dry down on me). Let me know if you’ve used it and what you thought, and how it compares to this. Maybe you could do a video ranking your favorites from lightest to fullest coverage. Thanks!!
Good idea! My fave primers are my typical favorites...hourglass, touch in Sol, etc. Love the input! ❤️
Stephanie Marie, is this the kind of skin tint that would be "forgiving" if you chose a slightly lighter or darker shade than you usually wear?
I loved this so much that I ended up buying the light deep color to use as a bronzer!!! I use medium all over
Great idea!!
I was sceptical about this product, I've been using MAC face and body, because is very light, but the Chanel one is AMAZING, I can't live without this product. Most natural effect ever.
The dog is so funny.
I got this in the hope to like the nude look.
Me: I want the natural look.
5mins after application: I need full coverage.
😁
Hello Stéphanie! Thank you for this review ! I use that product underneath liquid foundation, not for longevity but it’s make my face look flawless specially under the La mer foundation. I love to use it also underneath powder fondation when it’s very hot and humid outside ( for the same reason ... looks so fresh ! ) 😉
That's a great idea-- under powder foundation. In my climate, it will be hot and humid till January --so this is still timely for me. I like light powder for comfort and it hides pores, but you must be skillful and light handed of course.
Think I may need to try this one but maybe wait for the Sephora sale😉 . My fav is Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue- absolutely love it!
Thanks so much Stephanie:) have a beautiful weekend 💕
Tammy Roy 🇨🇦
I try to stay away from foundation because I just don’t like that feeling on my face. However I do wear concealer and a finishing loose powder. I just purchased the Chanel les beige water tint online so I haven’t tried it on my face yet but sometimes I just want to skip concealer and just use that to even my skin tone and hopefully it will do the job.
I’ve been loving this on its own. I saw Anne P say to pump directly on brush and you don’t waste product sinking into back of your hand. I’ve been doing that instead and feel like I get a lot more. I’ve also been liking the Maybelline Urban Dream Cover too.
I cannot decide between light medium or medium. I can’t try on as shops are closed and won’t be able to try on for a long time
Great review...but the price is a deal breaker for me. There's got to be other good alternatives.
If you find one let me know! I’ve never tried another product quite like it! 😘
I’m with you regarding the cost. I have been mixing moisturizer with foundations to make more of a tinted moisturizer all summer and I’ve been loving it for light coverage. At 61, I need more hydration and less layers! This Chanel tint looks great but if I’m going to splurge, I think it would be on skincare.
Wow min-40 !!!! No way you look over 30
Your Secret please or skin routine 😍♥️♥️
Thanks so much! I have a playlist with my skincare routines in it here on my channel! :)
I love the complexion rescue gel & stick 🤔 I could love this 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
So that was my question because she wrote that if you felt complexion rescue was greasy you would like this--- so does that mean if you felt complexion rescue was very nice, that you would NOT like it?
Kara Ley my face reacts different everyday it’s so bizarre one day something works I’ll do the same thing skin prep primer ect and it won’t work & occasionally I can never get it to work again I’ve not even tried that foundation because of this & the 10 bottles/tubes I need to get through first but probably thanks for asking I’d forgotten
Great review! This sounds like something that I would really love. My main concern is the chance of it settling in my pores. What are your thoughts on that?
Thanks, love🍃🌸
It doesn’t settle at all on me. It’s beautiful!
I have some visible pores..and it doesnt settle at all..i do find i just need to lightly press powder on the area with pores
Natalie Zahorsky Thanks, Natalie:)
I Love this tint i have drier skin and freckles - for this time of the year its great!! I use 1 Pump for my whole face and it lasts through a sweatty workout 😃
Wow! That's impressive!
Ok so what’s your secret to looking good in your mid-40s? I need to take some notes to prepare. Loads of sunscreen, I assume?
It's lovely! Perfect for the summer. So glad you enjoyed it too! Looks wonderful on you. Natural lighting during the video was perfect for showing this product off.
I wear this over my Australian Gold tinted sunscreen (which acts like a blurring primer for my pores) and it is great. And then I put a little Lancome translucent powder over the t-zone and carry on with the rest of my make up.
Super interested in this after your review. Thank you!
Thank you for putting this skin tint to the test in multiple ways! I thought it looked lovely on you! Your skin just looked so healthy and youthful! You always look younger than your actual age, but this just dropped a few more years off 🤓! May I ask when you really got into skincare? You don't look like you have aged much at all over the years since your first IG post. I wish that I had started anti-aging at a younger age. Since I can't change the past I just make sure to take good care of my skin now. Great video!
Alexis Leigh I wish I had stayed out of the sun - less damage that is costly to try and get rid of, and probably more sagging 😢
Hi! I didn’t get into major skincare until my mid to late 30s and also did major sun worshipping when I was younger. I think we can reverse things with certain things by taking care of texture, unevenness and firming issues! Of course genes play a role too! Keep at it! And thank you so much for your kind words! 😘❤️
Hi Stephanie! Makeup Forever has a great Water Blend Foundation that sounds similar to the Chanel but with more coverage (it’s still pretty sheer but I love wearing it in the summer). I never hear anyone talk about it but you may want to check it out! Thanks for all your hard work.
I didn't want to like this. I wanted to try it and return it to Nordstrom and forget about it. But on my dry, reactive, sensitive, almost 60-year-old skin, which is also scarred on my chin, it not only worked but unlike all other foundations I've tried that start emphasizing my chin scarring, this one looked better 2 hours later. I don't like foundation and don't want to feel it and this fits that bill. I also want to slightly even out my skin tone and hydrate it and this product does that. The only other foundations I've found that can make it throughout the day and work face to face -- for me -- are the Kosas tinted oil and the No. 7 drops put into a hydrating primer (and over a three month period I tried over 100 because I have to do leadership training on camera). So now I have three choices that work for me and this one looks the best as the day goes on, especially in person.
That’s awesome!! 🙌🏼💗
I’m almost 60, so this helps.☀️🌿
@@TRWoods914Woods that's great! I know that my skin has drastically changed over the past year or so and I'm very fixated on not looking like I'm wearing foundation in person. So much of what I've tried, other than covering red, emphasizes the texture on my chin (the area I'm very self-conscious) and makes me feel like I look older. And even the more "mature" influencers don't appear to have my reactive, sensitive, and textured skin, so my journey has been full of trial and error and VERY expensive! I've tried everything that any influencer with dry, sensitive, and mature skin has suggested in 2019. But it was worth it because I was at a wedding/family reunion last weekend where I hadn't seen folks for 15 years and I was thrilled when the reactions were so very, very good. I heard over and over how beautiful I looked and how young.
Sharrell Kline ~ This is wonderful news. For years, I used only Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer, then I became allergic. After over two years of working on my skin (after an acne rosacea diagnosis,) I’m ready to try to find a natural look that will be kind to my sensitive skin. At this point, I’m not worried about the cost so much. I just want to look healthy. I used to powder down a lot. Now that looks like a cakey mess. I’m sure you know what I mean. It’s truly a journey, and thank goodness for the help we get from our wonderful UA-cam family. Invaluable. ♥️🌿
@@TRWoods914 10 years ago I also used Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. For the past 5 years, I've worked from home and didn't find anything that worked great but thought "that's just the way it is with foundation." But then I went down the influencer rabbit hole about 5 months ago and discovered that the "cakey" "pore dotting" and "makes me peel" were all issues I didn't have to live with! But the challenge then became finding what worked for me. The first thing I tried again was the Laura Mercier but now, 10 years later, it looked really cakey and didn't match like it used to. So that's what started my journey to find something "invisible". I wish you luck because it's a very individual journey and there are a lot of products out there!
This tint looks good on you. Very natural and fresh looking. I really like that you filmed this in natural light.
Thanks Missy!
Did anyone tryied it on tatcha liquid silk? Peferebly on combo skin :)
I recently started using the Chanel Teint in shade Light Medium. I like it more than I thought I would too. As I am a littler older now, most foundations are almost making me look older. This one gives the skin a bit of hydration and does not emphasize my pores. Helps tone down minor redness as well. I get around 6 hours of wear. I don't really seem to use alot, so I feel the value is acceptable considering I haven't seen any comparable dupe products. You can dust a light powder over it to extend the wear.
Love the input! ❤️😘
Excellent news because I have rosacea redness, and my pores sometimes look exaggerated. Now, if only the fragrance doesn’t irritate me, I am hopeful. I must ask for a sample. Thanks for the detailed input. 👌🏻
Holy moly you’re more gorgeous than I thought!
Very thorough review, much appreciated 💗
I bought this one a month ago, and the best way I found to use it was rubbing it in my hand and let it "dry" a bit, like evaporating some of the water, and then applying it like a moisturizer. It was perfect! but the downside of it...and that's why I had to gave it away... was that it makes my skin irritated! and itchy :( almost perfect.
Do you know why it made your skin irritated? My skin is quite sensitive but I'm interested in the product so I wonder if there are any potential irritating ingredients
@@MeowMeow-jj3lk I don't know really, maybe it's my skin, you should try it 1st
3:23 the dog 😭😭 what a cutie reminds me of my dogs they legit don’t care and lay around like this btw I love this tint and your complexion looks so natural and glowy that’s how I like my base
That's pretty much how he is all the time! LOL! Thank you!
That was such a great review, thank you. I have only tried a tiny sample of this and really loved it, especially on my dry skin. Saving my pennies for this one and will definitely get it once we hit the Aussie summertime. 😊
Thank you! 😘
I'm sorry but this is wayyy to expensive for what 'little' it does. Sorry!
No need to apologize! I didn’t make it! 😜😘
You have such cute freckles!!😀😀
I love this for everyday use. my 77 year old skin looks quite good with it. The coverage is quite good and dosent breakup during the day, just makes me looked polished even if staying at home. Expensive but worth it I feel.
Thanks for your review, it helps a lot. Anyway you look so much younger than your age and you're so pretty! 👸💃🏽
Thank you! 😘
How does this compare with using the Paula's Choice super-light daily wrinkle defense tinted sunscreen? I typically use that under a powder for light coverage, but it doesn't last as long as I'd like. Would the Chanel (over a primer) last longer but give a similar effect? Or, could you even combine the two products together?
Love this skin tint!! Perfect summer base product. I drop two pumps directly on my face and use a it cosmetics brush to blend it in. I have maturing dry skin and this makes my skin look youthful and glowy. I can see using this as a primer in the winter. So lovely!
Great review. I think people need to remember Chanel make up is very much for the Parisian woman , or a North American woman who wears her make up Parisian style. Minimalist, good skin pop of color on the lips. That is a beautiful style if you can pull it off and nearly every Chanel product is designed for that look. Where we in North America tend to be heavier in coverage with more emphasis on eyes or perfect lips. Great review!
I don’t get the love for this foundation. I don’t need it for coverage…but I feel like it does nothing. Like I haven’t put anything on at all. It doesn’t make my skin look better. Maybe I should have gone one shade lighter. I am going to try using it as a primer, or see how it does with a few drops of other foundations mixed in. If I can’t make it work, will pass it along to one of my nieces
Love this stuff!! Got it at the end of May and IF I have worn makeup this summer (outside of special occasions where I wore Clinique Even Better) I’ve worn this and/or the Les Beiges tinted moisturizer.
This, a bit of IT’s concealing light pen (in pink and light), Becca’s liquid Champaign pop as a highlight, quick filling in of brow hair gaps with the Benefit 4 way brow pen, a swipe of Benefit 3D brow gel in blonde, a light dusting of Les Beiges powder where needed, bronzer on the high points of my face and in the crease of my eyes, a light coat of Lancôme Definicils mascara or 2 coats of Lash Paradise in brown if I’m feeling frisky and perhaps a pop of liquid blush or a bronze/rose blush and Dior Lip Glow has been my go to all summer.
Dior lip glow is the nicest tinted balm on the planet - for me that is. It provides polish to a makeup look and also looks cute on a bare face. It’s worth the price to me and literally makes lips glow in their custom shade. I’ve only tried the pink one but want to try other shades😇
But what if Complexion Rescue felt FINE ? Does that mean this will NOT work for us?
This sounds like something that could be worn over skin care only then reapplied as it fades. Maybe wear over invisible sunscreen, along with the skin care? Found a video of full face of Chanel & saw so many "primer-like" things like this which might be nice to wear under makeup or alone if we don't need coversge.
When you froze the film to make an announcement, it was a little scary at first!🤔but then I quickly knew you were all right, whew!🤗
I love this. It performs some sort of sorcery where it doesn't look like you have makeup, but when passing yourself in the mirror you think "my skin looks amazing today".
That's exactly what it does!
Thank you so much for this video, Stephanie. Very helpful!
Hi! Mid 30s with combo skin. Your neighbor in south ms so I love seeing this review done in July! Gives me the info I need since we have similar humidity here.
thank you for your detailed, great review. your skin looks amazing in this video which makes me want to try this product. almost every foundation I have ever used, looks sonehow cakey and unnatural on my skin no matter what primer, setting powder, etc I use. thr ones that look a bit more skin-like won't last more than three hours. so I'm really having a hard time finding a foundation/tint or BB cream that looks really skin like and lasts at least six hours
Hi! I see I’m very late to this party! Never knew about this! I just got it. I watched your video to see how to put it on. I just did and I think I really like it.
I use Chanel's Les Beiges in the lightest color. It is simply wonderful for older mature skin. I don't need serious coverage, but like to have a professional look every day. I also have found that it can be built up to a medium sheer coverage by letting the first application completely dry. I have the blush in this formula also but have not mastered it as quickly.
This is great. I have been looking for something that is not full coverage for the summer but gives you a bit of color. Thanks for the great review!
Glad it helped!
I’ve had this for a few months and thought I was never gonna end up using it because I was putting it on top of my heavy moisturizer, so my skin ended up feeling very oily. Today I felt like trying it again, but I didn’t put any moisturizer beforehand, and it looked SO good on my skin! Next time I’ll try applying a light moisturizer underneath to see if it lasts. But I’m glad that now I’m confident I’ll use it :)
This foundation looks beautiful on you! I do like the natural light. The overall look is very flattering and youthful! Thank you for the review 😊
Thank you so much! 💗
I'm intrigued. I just purchased the Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow tinted moisturizer spf 30 today, as it has extra SPF. I wonder if this has more or less coverage that it?
what kind of SPF works under this for you? (we have similar skin type)
Hello, someone can tell how long is the longevity of the bottle when you applied this product almost every day (with one or two pumps) ? Thanks :)
I absolutely love this product! I used to wear proper foundation but these days I like to use something more lightweight and natural looking and this tint is just perfect for that. I did also try the newer ones but their too much coverage for my liking.
The bew ROSE INC TINT is suppose to be like exact dupe for the Chanel's WATER FRESH TINT.
CAN U DO A COMPARISON VIDEO IN BOTH? Letting us know if they are same & what are differences.😊
It will be in my next foundation roundup. I’ve been testing it out and have definite thoughts!
Hi Stephanie I'm so glad you're enjoying it as much as I do! I don't wear it everyday. But it's in my weekly rotation and I'm actually wearing it today. Having combo skin like you this never leaves my skin looking gross. I do get shiney but not greasy. I apply a pump to my brush dap it on one side of my face and work it in. I find it to be less wasteful as it's going on my face and not the back of my hand. This tint looks beautiful on your skin💖
Anne, you were the first person I saw using it; it’s lovely on you. Do you use the lightest shade, as I cannot recall? Thanks, Annie.💖
Stephanie et al: QUESTION - I’m enjoying this but worry that swirling the brush will disrupt my SPF layer. How are you using this over SPF? P.S. I have super oily skin and powder it down then use a setting spray. If I get shiny I blot. I’ve had lots of compliments.
I just apply it with my fingers, works great.
If you're massaging in your SPF and letting it sink in the way you should, makeup should apply just fine over it no matter what method you use. 😘
@@StephanieMarie Thanks. I apply SPF and wait 20 minutes before I put anything else on top. Now I can really enjoy the tint.
@@BayouDreamz I'm trying with my fingers today! Thankew
@@lisanutini5183 how'd it work out? I also like this because I feel like none goes to waste in the brush. 😉
like your makeup better in the natural light.
Thank you! 😘
I absolutely LOVE this product!!❤️❤️ amazing video xx
Hi I love the colour of your lips . May I know what brand and colour is that?
Your skin looks absolutely amazing! Loving the natural lighting, too.
Thank you so much! 💗
Not planning on this one. Wondered if mixing it w/ the Chanel lumiere velvet would make it a bit less dry, more luminous? If it doesn't work as a primer.... I do like the BM Complexion rescue. Use it often. Does it have similar coverage? Watched reviews on this tint, seems like most people use a lot of product. Should sell it in a tub. ;)
It's not drying at all, so adding LV won't make it less dry. This is more of a tint than Complexion Rescue. Lumiere Velvet is being discontinued unfortunately.
Thank you, just ordered it based on your video, also helped to choose the shade
I love the natural lighting for your videos. It suits your skin so well.
Thanks Tara!
I have dry skin and I am in my 30s and have good skin and every now and then i look this tint and I think hummm maybe I have not decide to purchase but it is nice to watch your opinion. Really like you.
I have over 50 mature skin, this really looks pretty. I love seeing it on and I keep wanting to buy. It’s the price that has me I know , I know. You pay for what you get. But I have to watch my pennies. Is it worth the price to me?? I’m still ?ng. I do love your review. Love you
Thank you Louise! 😘
I love the Bareminerals original powder foundation.... I am always looking for a great tinted moisturizer to use under it. I might give this a try. Thanks for a great review!
I really enjoy this product! I like using it all of the ways they recommend and now I’m eager to try it with powder foundation too! I sort of enjoy it as a primer (I try to stick with one pump). As a primer it has allowed me to use some dryer foundations in a lighter fashion since I have a slightly tinted and radiant base.
I have this and I love it. However, do you know if you can purchase the foundation alone without the brush? I don't need a new brush every time! :)
I'm not sure! :)
You look great! Is this product good for under eyes?
Does anyone know if this is a limited edition or permanent product? They were sold out of my shade when I went to get it, then heard it might be limited, which made me hesitant to get it bc I’m pretty sure I’d love this.
Stephanie, your skin looks great with this.
Hi! I haven’t heard it’s LE. It’s been selling out and restocking regularly since it’s a hot new product. My local store was out of several shades when I tried to buy it and restocked a couple of days later. They’ve been doing that pretty regularly. 👍🏼 Thank you!!
Where can I get help choosing my color? I'm Hispanic & can't decide between medium or light deep.
I had to visit my local Chanel counter. I tried googling also to see if I could find someone close to my shade to see what they purchased. Good luck!
I absolutely love this stuff! It is remarkably hard to find a sheer foundation and this really hit the mark for me. For everyday wear, this is my holly grail.
You look like you’re 25!
Thank you so much! 😘
Stephanie what is your favourite skin tint/sheer base product? I also have oily skin
Hi Daniella! These two videos from my Top Foundations playlist should help you! ua-cam.com/video/bKRwBu0SuNk/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/dx9NFaJyDV0/v-deo.html 🥰
How do you feel about other exuviance products besides the peel and what's best for dark spots to lighten?
I've tried the cleansing gel and face polish and both are really nice. For dark spots...I still have some sunspots but they've faded more since being diligent with wearing good sunscreen daily and using vitamin C.
What's the eyeshadow you're wearing?
Thanks for this review.🌸This Chanel might be a contender when I’m ready to splurge.
I LOVE this product 🖤🖤 it's my go-to summer primer. I layer it under my Chanel CC cream. (41, dry skin with texture and pigment) I use the Water Tint in medium-light.
What is the difference between the Chanel waterfresh tint and the Chanel cc cream ?
Best application with fingertips ;-)
Though it is really pretty on you, I did not like it. I didn't return it, but I would never buy it again!
You should return it! It's pricey!!
Great review, it helps a lot.. 🌸
Please can you tell me what shadows are you wearing on this video?
Hi Irma! I don't know why I left that off! I just added them into the description box! 😘
Thanks so much for replying xx
Have you tried Glossier skin tint? I wonder if it's similar?
I have. It didn't do well with my t-zone. :)
Hi do you need to apply moisturiser underneath?
I always recommend following your usual skincare routine before you apply any makeup. :)
I feel the same way you do it’s very nice for the summer because how light & sheer it feels but it you want more coverage it is not the best. I find I can just add concealer in the areas I need & powder in t-zone. Very unique product! Your skin looks flawless in natural light with it on. Very nice review!
