      Installment na le kar down-payment hi kare kyu ki down-payment Applicants ko preference milegi , plot bache toh installment Applicants mei lottery hogi

    Yieda rate is 26k sq/mtr and Ayodha is quoting at 32.5k sq/mtr, wow😂

      Yeida rate is allotment rate via lottery, but immediate sell rate is much higher.
      Most of UP allotment rate is much above yeida rate, but that also means high probability of getting the lottery.
      So instead comparing allotment rate, do compare lottery successful probability to understand real rate.
