Love the way you chat through what you're doing, James. You really bring your viewers along with you. And you sure do get the best out of an urban setting. Watching your videos always inspires me to just get out with my camera and try something different.
10 out of 10 for getting out... Currently working 6 days a week. This morning I had good intentions but didn't make it out. There's still an opportunity for late afternoon. A good beginning to project three.
Another great video James. I liked the images that combined stone, metal with natural objects best, love the handrail with a 'palm' plant by the wall. I think it is more difficult to find original material in urban landscape and you do that very well. I also like the bench with a can that tells a story. Thanks.
Love the shots from this project, James! You've inspired me to look into street photography more and I've been trying to incorporate aspects of what I've learnt into my landscape/nature shots more. It's been really interesting and rewarding, thank you!
Cheers Iain. There’s method in the madness 😬👍 Can’t remember the name of the artist. It’s getting a popular request so I may have to start listing them in the details
I'm in a similar boat to you ... I've booked onto a number of fairly informal workshops where the main idea is compositions of old industry, past glories and urban decay. Its quite a shift from pure landscape. I like most of the pics you've shared - however I think I'd still get a bit hung up about verticals and horizontals being just so. Or so wildly off that it *must* be intentional. here's a lot to think about ... 🙃
Sounds like a great venture William! I know what you mean around the verticals and horizontals but to be honest I’m too much of a purist. Having said that, a little time in edit would help to improve. Thank you 👍👍

Very kind Mary. It’s just like talking to myself but with pressing the record button 😬👍 Thank you. Inspiration a key for me. Enjoy
Saved as inspirational, the small area you covered with a big selection of compositions. Cracking shots! I loved the curb tree and post box.
Cheers matey. We must do Manchester at some point
Great body of work . Thanks for some great ideas, James. KB

Loved the video, drawn to the road junction and blocks of flats. Loving these urban outings.
That’s my favourite probably as well. Just balances well. Cheers Ian 👍👍
@@JamesRBurnsVLOG it’s something to do with the triangle in the foreground I find it quite compelling. Balance is lovely.

Thanks Keith. Lots of options and finding ones that are different yet appealing is the challenge, as in other genres 👍👍

Glad to see I am not the only mad photographer around, another good morning out. Great music at the end, who was it?
