Having read Doom Patrol during my high school days in the 90's, I never, in my wildest imaginings, thought that there would ever be a movie or series made - it was just such a weird comic book. Now in my 40's, I'm overjoyed to see Doom Patrol on the screen with all of its quirkiness. I don't mind the differences here and there between the comics and the show, this is delightful to to watch, and I am happy it exists.
This scene is just so badass to me idk why. I watch it atleast 10 times a week and its still just as cool as the last, all hail the Brotherhood of evil
I honestly think they will return by the end of the season and I also suspect they were experiments just like the Doom Patrol and that's how their war with Niles started.
Don’t count on it, SPOILERS: The briefcase transmitter starts working again near the end of the episode, which means that the brotherhood are back on game. And they confirmed that the brain is the main villain of this season.

@@eugenestevenkong9430 Yeah I’m pretty sure we might but I hope they bring back Mr. nobody he made this series interesting but I am 100% sure they will bring Niles back from the dead knowing that his daughter is planning that Plus I have no doubt the doom patrol feels well really sad of his death they pretend that they are happy that he died but in truth they really are not but I am 100% sure the brotherhood of evil will come back as well and I do believe the negative spirit send Lily back home for a reason I think it knew what it was going to happen or they might’ve already became one he just doesn’t know it yet well one things for sure he doesn’t really feel the effects as he used to when the negative spirit left him it is great to meet a doom patrol fan
Remember being introduced to these the Brian and Monsieur Mallah on Teen Titans 2003 animated series as kid and show got me into knowing characters I never knew about (OG Teen Titans series, Batman the Animated series, Superman animated series, JL, Static Shock, and Batman Beyond were childhood and still my favorites) fast forward to now I never thought I see these too in live action hope we see more of Brotherhood of Evil members here's hope one day Red X and Static Shock become live action next
I wouldn’t be surprised if the brotherhood of evil makes a come back after season 3 but I wouldn’t be surprised either if Niles comes back to life I do think his daughter Dorothy is actually working on trying to bring him back to life I do believe it’s possible especially with some of the weird stuff that has happened in the show still I really like the look of that gorilla he looks like a revolutionary who did fight in the jungles of South America or Africa for that matter well given to the fact that he’s a gorilla but he also sounds French well kind of Hope we see him again and I hope we see Mr. nobody make a come back as he been season one quite interesting I still love the giant robot scene when the doom patrol kept being killed by giant robot imagine if Mr. nobody was doing that to other super villains that would be pretty amusing but yet funny still that green guy he was probably the nicest super villain I have seen in the series still if you look at this thing between the brotherhood of evil and Niles It kind of makes it look like the cold war version of good versus evil
I wish we had gotten more Garguax, EVERY scene with him was hilarious. You know what, scratch that, every scene having to do with the Brotherhood of Evil at all was hilarious.

It's pretty bonkers. I think the source material is exactly that. I didn't like the ending to the brain where the monkey 🐵 walks away and the brain gets roasted.

Mallah really sounds like his Teen Titans cartoon version. But the Teen Titans cartoon show has the best and most iconic voice for The Brain compared to how this Brain sounds.

considering they were arguing like an old married couple.. i really hope so. their dynamic is hilarious in pretty much most incarnations of the two; hopefully this isn't a one-time-only appearance.

@@blehblehblehhaha Ehhhh no, they’re very different but no. Whilst daredevil is on par with character development and a good story, it’s not as ENTERTAINING. You see Doom Patrol is like Suicide Squad, it doesn’t take itself too seriously but it also does at times, it balances it perfectly and makes it more enjoyable and a fun roller coaster for the audience.
I believe both the brain and Monsieur Mallah will be of great use to my book because they are going to help Emperor gorilla grodds Empire to unleash a true meaning of guerrilla warfare I can picture a technologically advanced Empire far beyond the Planet of the Apes but the inspiration does come from that particular film series but there is also going to be the council of the Apes all of them are going to have a significant part like in Planet of the Apes they're all going to be with science medicine religion military and political.
Shame that outside the comics, the Brotherhood of Evil never has all its members present. Teen Titans was missing Garguax and now this show is, currently, missing General Immortus.
I'll always prefer the Batman the Brave and the Bold voice, personally. It gives him an accent thick enough that he sounds utterly hilarious but he's so sincere about his villainy he's almost got an Aku vibe to him, lol
Yeah I stopped watching the show after season 2. After someone's summary of season 3 they were bringing back the anus things. I couldn't do it, let's just say those things bring back some memories I'd rather leave behind. That haunt me till this day! And if any of you try to reply asking me what those things were? Let's just say humanity is the best worst thing that happened to this planet and leave it at that.

Techbically Von Fuch from the episode Puppet Patrol was intended to be a stand in for General Immortus.
This is the first introduction of those 2 antagonists for me. And I swear, they really gave an Aqua Teen Hunger Force vibe to me.
