The thing is ki the point u mentioned are like the objectives of the human resource planning..... M not saying the points u told are wrong.... But there will no difference in objectives and need for human resource planning
Need means ki kya jarurt hai Human resource planning ki... Objective mtlb kyu krte hai HRP. Right Thodi bohot similarities ho skti hai. Aur itne pe merko nahi lgta koi question krega kuch.
