'Tajdar e Haram' was originally sung by Ghulam Fareed Sabri Qawal. I will advise you to listen to it also. You will love the rich baritone voice. Sabri qawwal sang it in the 70s. They visited America in 77 or 78 and drove the white American audience wild with this and other qawallis. As for the word 'ehad', an Arabic word used in Urdu, means 'agree' , 'promise' etc.
