    42% high concentration liquor
    practice:
    1. Wash the plums and let them dry naturally in the sun. Lychee shelled and spare
    2. If the glass jar is resistant to high temperatures, please use boiling water. If it is not resistant to high temperatures, use a cheaper high-concentration liquor to rinse. I use the high-concentration liquor washing method (not high-concentration will not sterilize)
    3. Cut Sanhuali with a knife. Put it in an airtight jar. Spread a layer of plums and a layer of yellow rock sugar on top. Finally, pour the white wine until it covers the plums.

    Tips:
    Plum wine and lychee wine are soaked for about 3 months, and the pulp is removed. If you continue to soak, the cored pulp may be a bit bitter.
    You can use white sugar instead of yellow rock sugar. In fact, there is not much difference in taste. The sugar content is also adjusted according to the sweetness of the pulp. The sealed jar must be sterilized. Sanhuamei must not have water, otherwise it will easily deteriorate.
    The lychee wine that has been soaked for a week is already delicious. The fruity taste of plum wine takes a long time to taste. High-concentration wine can wait a little longer~
