3:00 I know you're just clicking fast to show the gist of the line but it's fairly important to note that you have to get BEWD first because BEWD is a Light so you don't want to Drago lock yourself
Thank you so much for this! Will enjoy it now! There is also one video I would love to see, could you maybe make a video about side decking with Dragon Turbo and what you would side out/in against each meta deck? To be honest thats the roughest part for me as I think I side too much and lose draw power. For example I‘m always siding out magical stone exc. and the Avarice, but I have seen those cards in game 2/3 of replays from you and ghostrider therefore I‘m wondering what else you side out. Do you ever side out the upstarts? Oh man so many questions..
18:36 armory arm otk without colossal is something I never thought of and is very cool. Kind of dismissed armory in this deck in general but with absolute zeros in hero frogs with minimal backrow being prevalent seems really good to know for game 1s against them.
Hey hydro pump! Love the content. I was wondering if you could do a video about properly side decking with dragon turbo and what to put in against certain matchups going first or second. I always feel dragon turbo has to win the side board and I don’t have enough experience. Thank you!
Haven't started the video yet but a big thing I was labbing out with combos was plays I can make to otk without upstart in the deck. Bc I saw there was a lot of ways to deal 8000 dmg or just slightly over it RedMD Debris Drago Brio is exactly 8000 for example or redmd blue eyes brio being 8100. And it really makes me critical of people considering upstart so staple in a deck with so much draw already when the downside is losing so many lines of otk. And lets face it this is an otk deck.
Yea thats a valid point, I tried the deck without upstarts and I had the feeling that doing OTKs happens more often. But at the same time, I felt that I bricked more… 3 more cards could be for example trunade, lightning, prime material in main but all of those can brick you at some point…
I topped a online tournament without upstarts last year with this theory. Worked decently and probably needs more testing. Just for one tournament run it seemed like the deck was more clunky without upstarts. List I used is on formatlibrary.com if you want to check it out.
Watched a bit of the video so far and what I'm seeing is big damage lines that kill through upstart require cards that many players running 3 reckless 3 upstart cut like prime material for trident dragion 10k+ lines. Not only that but those lines don't make brio so they are susceptible to any monsters blocking on board or just straight up lose to an honest and many people don't even bother siding clear vice and almost no one mains it. Also squeezing in clear vice to an otk line seems really hard to anyway.
Yeah ussually like to main deck 1 lightning vortex to clean the field to perform these otks. The ghostrider build often needs brio or blackrose to get through a field.
I’ve been playing a decent amount of dragon turbo irl and I really enjoy the deck it is so much more powerful than most decks in Edison I was on the train thinking it was just a lucky high roll deck but through my testing the deck is incredibly versatile resilient and really rewards creative thinking of different ways to combo incredible video and super kudos to you for creating the deck !

Yeah I realized this when editing the video. Thanks for calling it out though!

Your welcome!
I will consider making a siding video for dragon turbo. Siding can be tough for sure.

Armory arm allows u to punch thru kalute. Redmd(2800) with armory arm is 3800 attack vs armed wing(2300 synchro) with kalute is 3700
Also armory arm serves as an extra out to spirit reaper since all equip spells, target(and by extension, armory arm)

23:40 when u side in dd crow. Debri revive crow, instant fusion into a lvl 3 dark. Access to dark end dragon.
Yep crow also works good call.
That doesn’t work because debris is wind.
@@DarkArmedDaddy1 only the non tuner needs to be dark
the tuner can be any attribute/type
Hence y dragon turbo lists that main deck gorz, play dark end dragon since gorz+white stone makes dark end dragon
Didn't even consider ASW. Thanks!
Only relevant if u play prime material dragon and most people dropped that, some still side deck it tho
ty :D
