And boom from third world country without much money probably in just 2000-3000 euros you are in Germany and you earn your bachelor's degree along with work experience along with savings upto 15000-20000 euros. One more thing to add but its expensive. Some private universities offer admission in bachelors without 13 years requirement. They offer 6months foundation +3 years bachelors program . And its totally in english but fee is about 7-12k euros per year .
