    Thank you for walking through an example of how an HPI should be written out. I can see how this can be tricky because you want to make sure you include everything in the correct order while also listening to what the patient is saying. I had to slow the video down when I followed along because it took me a minute to get the hang of it.

    Thank you for the great video. I have always wondered how the information at the beginning of an appointment gets recorded, but this gave me a lot more insight.

    This weeks video was really interesting. It looks so different on paper. I feel like it will be difficult for me to determine what to leave out in the HPI or how to include everything possible. Thank you for the video of explanation!!

    I thought this video was super helpful. I liked the template that was used as it was informative but not extremely long. It got to the point quickly and seemed to get an accurate idea of what the patient is experiencing.

    Thank you! Great video for those starting out. It takes practice, practice, PRACTICE . HPIs are daunting at first , but after awhile you get the swing of it. So grateful and appreciative of all your free and accessible MedEd content. It has helped me tremendously as a scribe .
    Looking forward to upcoming content.

    Thank you so much for this week's video! Its so helpful to see a template, have it explained, and listen to an example of it. I am nervous for what happens if I miss information. Will I have time after to consult the doctor and make adjustments to my HPI?

    Hi kelly. I found this a useful tool to use with my students. However, I recommend using the patient's words in quotes for the CC vs a medical diagnosis.

    • @KellyOSchulte
      @KellyOSchulte  Рік тому

      I’m with you. Patient’s words should always be in CC, not medical diagnosis. Sorry that wasn’t clear!
