You should mix up some ground aerials into your gameplay! You could be hitting a lot of up airs especially on more floaty characters like gizmo

I don't understand Gizmo compared to other characters since relaunch. Other characters were changed or nerfed, meanwhile Gizmo only got buffs? He was already cracked before, maybe even more when the game was faster. My first time taking him into a game, I took a Stripe's stock in 7 seconds. I didn't even (stilll don't) know how to make the car jump, but his ability to smother the opponent as well as keep them away is almost unmatched. Meanwhile Morty....my soul hurts watching how dirty they did my boy. 😢

Gizmo is very underrated when I wen up agains a gizmo I got hit every time I hit him and I was confused , great vid though , keep it up

That player is pure crack
Am i the only one that feels it-s unfair that every character in the game has access to 2 recovery moves per jump... but morty? like legit morty can only use his recovery only once and has to wait sooo much to use it again, besides of that is not even instant it takes like 1.5 seconds to spawn that ship... not only that but his down special is so situational that is borderline useless, this leaves morty with 2 less skills in the kit.
He can use the wine portal telport twice though
Try Hit confirming before using specials, Ull have allot more success with combos & reading opps …I promise

This guy needs to go touch grass for real tho,he needa mental therapy that gameplay is not normal 😂😂😂 he is insane,and veriflied you should watch the number 1 morty for a video review his gameplay and learn tactics to imploment plus you need to stop air dodging so much😂😂 you lose your air dodges every 2 seconds man😂
There are some perks that can help with projectiles, I wonder if that'd be good.
Protective Momentum for a projectile shield if you run for 0.5 seconds, or Clear the Air to reflect projectiles on parry.
I'd also look at like 11:10 as a good example of a dodge attack that drains your dodge meter unnecessarily.
It was going to use one dodge meter, but used three because of the attack, even though Gizmo wasn't really near enough for an attack to do anything.
How is he able to double jump while aiming the arrow? I can’t even do that
Definitely would have had A LOT more success with fin had you used him early on. You did great either way! I plan on getting back on this game soon.

The thing that makes Gizmo good is that most of his kit is good at distance and any good player i seen play the "Prey"style where most of the match youre chasing them plus that car ability to switch direction in a heartbeat is soooooo fuckin broke

You should use your dair more often. You’re still a great Morty main but I believe you’d have more successful pushed when you use dair.
Morty down air to slow he would have been punished every time by that gizmo

What happen with Morty down tilt? I remember that move being such a killer move that most morty was spamming it but i never see you use it. Why?
Still good for combos just too slow to charge for anything beside breaking armor imo
