On top of that the evidence from the 1993 case was allowed into the 2005 trial so basically Jackson was tried for the 1993 and 2005 in court and was found not guilty on all accounts. No, this is not a surprise. Cassie already stated what happened in her lawsuit, she went into so much detail and then Diddy settled immediately…..of course he is guilty. She also spoke of many witnesses to the abuse that could have been called to testify had this gone to trial. I believed her as soon as I read what she had to say. This must be the footage that Diddy removed from the hotel after paying them for it because it is so damaging.
