Bert & I Visit Seattle

This is a performance I did at the 2003 Northwest Folklife Festival, in the character of an old codger from Maine named Horace Hawthorne. It is a tribute to stories by Marshall Dodge & Robert Bryan, whose records I loved to play while growing up in New England. I added a few stories of my own, as well as a version of a football story I heard on a comedy record by Andy Griffith.
