Definitely on my bucket list. The problem living here is that we always avoid having to go to the strip. But those deviled eggs are for sure a reason..Thanks for sharing. This looked awesome!
The deviled eggs and fried chicken looked yummy! Given the choice between fried chicken and a chicken sandwich I’ll take the pieces every time. Will have to give Yardbird a try.
Who doesn’t love a good deviled egg?! Looked amazing! The chicken looked great but I don’t prefer a dry rub myself just presence. Thanks for another great video!
Not huge fried chicken fan ourselves, but our short rib meal at Yardbird was heavenly…. I’m currently texting my buddy who is sitting down there this instant on our recommendation. Told him to watch this too before he orders.
Haha thanks! No fried chicken??? How do you not like it? Salty crunchy goodness my man! Honestly if I were to go back it would totally be for the beers 😂 🍻
If you like craft beers try Banger Brewery on Fremont. It’s located next to heart attack grill. The El hefe is to die for and my wife and I make sure to get there every trip. 👍
Love Yardbird! Should of done waffles too! Shrimp and grits pretty good there also. Definitely yes on the deviled eggs. "Not the best I ever had but I would take it and eat it again"
I am so excited for this video because Kia and I ate there three times she’s ate there several times but I only ate there three times but those few times I enjoyed the food. Yardbird is awesome!!
@@TacoLover1 that’s understandable. On a positive not it really makes us vacationing anywhere else feel super cheep. We will be at Grannyfest please come up and say hi! We have dinner before but will likely be hanging thru the event and after down there
Just a side note: went to Carversteak last Thursday. Had the ribcap. It was ok. However, the ribcaps at both Oscar's and Barry's are far superior. I'II be going to the steakhouse at the Palms. See what the ribcap has to offer there.
Thanks for the heads up. For me I preferred Carversteaks Ribcap to Oscars. I found Oscars to be far too charred for my liking and it dried it out. Will be trying Barry’s later this year. Glad to hear how others feel
We felt the same way about Yardbird, good fried chicken, but not at Willie Mae's level. Next time you're in Nashville, hit up Prince's Hot Chicken, best hot chicken sandwich we've had (better than Hattie B's in our humble opinion lol).
Oh nice we have been talking about getting to Nashville sooner than later. We will definitely need to check it out. Willie Maes has almost ruined fried chicken by being too dang good 😂 I did love the craft beer selection though better than any strip restaurant
Agree, good not great. Hot chicken is definitely overdone, leave it to the Hattie’s B’s of the world this is not the first Hot Chicken we have gotten at a higher end spot that disappointed us. The beer list here however was on point and worth returning for. Why don’t more Las Vegas restaurants do this!!!
@@JoshRachael draft locals are one of the harder things to source in terms of expense vs ROI. Big brewers will generally provide the tap and route delivery. Smaller locals need to invest more to get the product out so it generally means a higher cost for a lower return on both ends... unless they can get a good distributor. But yes more of that would be awesome
Makes sense from a business perspective but as a consumer I am tired of just seeing Bud, Coors, Modelo and Stella… we would be glad to pay a couple dollars more for a better product
Share with us your favorite Fried Chicken in Las Vegas and anywhere else!
Shocked at how moist the chicken breast looked. Good job guys!
Yea the chicken was cooked very well, not the most flavor like we had in New Orleans but quite good for sure
Great pea hummus! Good food love the Shrimp and grits too … deviled eggs looked good thanks
Awesome thanks for the tip!
Another great video Josh and Rachael!!!
Thanks you Mathew!
Great video guys! And now we are hungry. We will have to check that place out.
Thanks guys! You’ve got Music City Hot Chicken in your neck of the woods that we really enjoyed!!
You know how much I love Deviled Eggs and craft beer...This place looks right up my alley. Vegas this week!
Woohoo can’t wait , thanks Doug
Definitely on my bucket list. The problem living here is that we always avoid having to go to the strip. But those deviled eggs are for sure a reason..Thanks for sharing. This looked awesome!
Thanks Johnny! Totally understand plus from the looks of it, you guys have lots of good, cheaper options off strip to enjoy!
The deviled eggs and fried chicken looked yummy! Given the choice between fried chicken and a chicken sandwich I’ll take the pieces every time. Will have to give Yardbird a try.
Thanks Ann, totally agree the pieces of Fried Chicken were the winner for sure.

It always makes us laugh to order deviled eggs, but we haven’t been disappointed by doing so!
Thanks so much for watching!!
Hubby and I were there last year, their biscuit and fried chicken were good! Yup, Dark and noisy in there! ❤️u guys, from AZ!😍
Thanks so much!
Deviled eggs and chicken! Yes please!
And Craft Beer!!!’

Looks really good , love your Chanel from Canada looking forward going Vegas first time , what’s place called
Thank you Jon
What was the frost plate, the fried chicken looks great fresh ingredients flavor great color. The spicy did it take over the chicken.
First plate was Deviled Eggs. The spicy sandwich did not take over the chicken but it was not our favorite
OH MAN THAT'S SOME GOOD LOOKING FOOD. I WOULD EAT THERE. THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR HONEST OPINION WITH US. KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB 👏👏
Thanks Tracey. It was good for sure and certainly falls in the mid tier price point which is hard to find for lunch it seems

Thanks Jim. We did go to Banger Brewery before we started vlogging and did enjoy it a lot. Great idea!
Love Yardbird! Should of done waffles too! Shrimp and grits pretty good there also. Definitely yes on the deviled eggs.
"Not the best I ever had but I would take it and eat it again"
Boom, glad to see you are back on top of your game today. Hard to go wrong here. Could be cheaper but not with that location.
$33 fried chicken, no way! I know their rent is extremely high but that’s over the top, IMO.
Don’t disagree it is pretty dang expensive
I am so excited for this video because Kia and I ate there three times she’s ate there several times but I only ate there three times but those few times I enjoyed the food. Yardbird is awesome!!
Thanks so much! We enjoyed it too!!
Chicken looked good! Idk about that other thing y'all showed before the chicken though lmao
You don’t like Deviled eggs Reggie? Come on man!
@@JoshRachael I stick to the basics!
nice place 👍
Thank you
$139 for lunch in Las Vegas? OMG! The prices are crazy high now!
It is pretty crazy. We felt this was not a crazy amount of food but you will hit $100 in no time flat on the strip nowadays.
@@JoshRachael That really discourages me from going regularly. Thanks for the Video, if I see you at Grannyfest, I will buy you guys a beer!

You should have ordered the lobster mac and cheese with a side of corn bread.
Next time! Thanks for the tip!

I went to Yardbird in South Beach. Solid but not a mandatory revisit. Also, is hot chicken the overdone trend at the moment?

Like nothing good in Vegas at all? Why do you go then, can you gamble locally?
