Im guessing he is probably over 10 x stronger due to his skill evolution, however a lot of the moves he counts on aren’t definitely gonna be 10x stronger, something like black lightning might have more power in it but not all his abilitys will, so he is 10x stronger in the sense that he has more energy and some of his attacks will do around 10x more damage some skills won’t benafit as much meaning he might be more than 10x better or slightly less than 10x stronger. Because im assuming the power scale would be in effectiveness not how much energy you have

The anime has a base story from the novel. In which the art creator for this novel drew him like that, so in reality he looks like that. The studio that made the anime just adapted to its own art style. Don't assume that the anime was originally created by the studio itself. It is created by the adaptation from the novel. And we must respect the origin of this anime or else we wouldn't be able to watch this series in the first place if the writer and drawer doesn't compose this novel.

@@jksupergamer in my opinion, base on my understading in LV, you cant judge strength just by existence value,I believe that existence value is just referring for his/her amount of magicules,but rimuru is smarter,and he have ciel that time to defeat velgrynd, and remember rimuru's existence value is not 8mil at that time because he still not a true dragon but he still able to defeat velgrynd and veldora. You cant judge their strength just by knowing their EV, because abilities and capabilites play big role too.
