I've watched a couple of videos but no one shows what happens after all the soap in on the carpet? Do you have to vacuum/suck up that soap? I'm confused!!

Another good video. My Sentria 1 headlight is not working. Have isolated it to the led board itself. No signs of any burnt out parts on the pcb. Is this a fairly common issue???
I'm so sorry to hear that you are having this problem. I have never encountered this problem. I'm going to do some research and try to address it on my channel.
Make sure your tray is down all the way to the floor when you use it. Use that pedal on the left of the machine before you turn it on and put tray right on top of carpet
This made matters worse. There are black marks all over my carpet from the shampooer. It did not clean the fresh mark left by the persimmon that fell to the floor. Things overall look worse now! I'm completely frustrated.
So you went into detail on everything except what isn’t working for me!! That is getting the belt attached correctly !! No video on that so I still can’t use the stupid thing
You lay down the foam, then suck it up with the shampooer as much as possible. Then when it dries you vacuum the carpet. Any foam that is left in the carpet gets sucked up when you vacuum. It's called dry foam cleaning. It uses a lot less water than traditional steam cleaning.
Yes that is true if you are buying new. However, that is why we started GreatVacs in 1998! We sell rebuilt ones with a 5 year warranty (that is more warranty than if you bought new for 3k) for as little as $493 and free shipping. You can see more by going to www.greatvacs.com/collections/kirby-vacuum-cleaners
Every vacuum in the world have a filter. The nice thing about the Kirby is that the bag is the filter. When you change the bag you are changing the filter at the same time. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. If you want quality you have to pay for it.
Had my Kirby G3 out and did my carpets today.
I have had it for over 25 years and it still shampoos like a champ.
Love the g3 used to demo it when it 1st came out 👌👌
How awesome to have a 2 in 1 instead of 2 different units! 😀 Love that Kirby shampoos as well as vacuums! Absolutely adore my Kirby 🤩

it is foam you let it dry and then vac it up
That's correct. The foam will dry in a matter of hours then you vacuum it when it's dry. The foam emulsifies the dirt.
Thank you for asking this question. This is what I was here for. 🙂
Yes once dry you vacuum up
@@sue450 thanks so much for replying to that question..it helped out many of us! Much appreciated & have an awesome day! 🥰
My favourite part of using a Kirby . The shampoo system is fantastic at maintaining you carpets and saving money 👌👌
Great Video. I have The Ultimate G and I have attachments... but I don't have THIS one!😊
I have a G6 model, and I need the sponge filter to the shampooer to connect to the vacuum. I live in the Atlanta area.

Wow. It's been three weeks and they haven't replied to you. At the end of the video they said to leave questions in the comments section.

You didn’t go over how to collect the water once on the rug.

The water never got sucked up

Dry foam is left on carpet to absorb soil , when dried you vacuum up

Power nozzle!
Hate my Kirby. Such a waste. I’d rather buy 2 vacuums.
Over $2000 for a stupid vacuum and on top of it u have to purchase the bags all the time , that was a bad investment.
