Not exactly, the Collab Event pretty much more or less confirmed this is the Iori that partnered with Takeru, F/SR becoming a Servant, specifically they both came from the Entreat Darkness route ending. The reason Takeru is unsure is not just because Iori doesn't remember the Ritual, but because their hesitant to bring back any memories of that out of concern that he goes down that route again.

I think this is overthinking it a bit and the reason is just that Saber’s embarrassed about defining their relationship.
