Hayduke Trail Thru Hike | pt 4

And we're back on the Hayduke! After sadly getting off trail at the South Rim (because of a closed trail and dangerously flooding streams) I spent the summer looking forward to coming back and finishing up this awesome route. I joined up with Twig (who I had met out there this spring) and together we set off from the North Rim. What an epic route. Saddle Canyon was fun (and intense), as was Tapeats Creek. Thunder River and Deer Creek were stunning. We then camped with some rafters and hitched a ride 7 miles downstream to Kanab Creek where this episode ends. Huge shout out to TL Dave, John O & Lori and the rest of the raft crew, thank you!

Great videos as usual! can't wait to finish this section next spring. Im glad I will not be skipping Saddle and Tapeats. They seem like a very unique section of the Hayduke
