Salt to taste
Cooking Oil-1 tbspn
Yoghurt-2 tbspn
Oil-3-4 tbspn
Cinnamon-1
Bayleaf-1-2
Onion-11/2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Cashews- Handful or as needed
Tomato-2
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red Chilly powder-11/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp
Haldi-1/4th tsp
Tomato Paste-2 -3 tbspn
Kasuri methi-11/2 tsp
Cooking Cream -1-2 tbspn
Chopped Cilantro
Garam masala-1 tsp

Restoraunt mein bhi aisa kahan milta hai madam. This is the best way to cook chicken lababdar.
I have tried most of ur recipes they r easy to make n very tasty.
Soniaji one doubt... whenever I make chicken it doesn't become juicy. It becomes slightly hard. Is it coz i marinate ad keep in the fridge one day before. Please tell me.
Its coz you are cooking the chicken way too much on high heat, or using a lot of water in your cooking.. use to happen to me :)
