The rear chassis is looking brilliant Dave. Clearly the control valve was jammed. You need very little debris to jam the control valve and they they can jam very very tight. Happens more often if the valve is worn. If you buy a replacement control valve do the slide through test, the results can be interesting. Old valves can be given a fine rub with very fine paper, worn valve only a major issue on tractirs using linkags. Being worn sees a bit of internal leakage so more hydraulic corrections. See Penny wants everything in its place and a place for everything, ha ha ha, a workshop is just like a womans house!. The addition of a few bits of lighthearted banter is a great format. Keep up the good work, will have to wait until after winter to start my 1200 so as soon as cars out of the workshop will split the 1104 to do the clutch then start its rebuild.
Absolutely nothing rubbish about what you do - MF 1200s very iconic machines - nice to see another one being rescued from the scrap man.
Super stuff as always
G'day Dave good job on that rear end welding up the holes getting it back to original looks good 👍
Dave, a garage without light hearted abuse isn't a fun place to work lol. Theres nothing wrong with your exchanges so please keep up the good work lol
