Downtown can be a little sketchy late at night but I got buses in Boa Vista at 2300 before and never had a problem. Sure if you're in a bad neighborhood, anything can happen. Mostly stayed in Boa Vista, Boa Viagem, Pracinha and Setubal You still in JP ? I lived in Ponta de Campina just north of Intermares. DON'T you think it's BORING ? DOES it go dead in the winter like 15 years ago ?

Can you find a 600sqm farmland for 5000brl or less? I am asking because in my country, property is really expensive in the city where I live. A 600sqm land costs between $50k to $140k USD. It is significantly higher in high brow areas costing between $500k - $1million But in my grandma's village in the same country, farm lands of 600sqm cost between $400-$800 USD. Is this also available in Brazil?
