Staying at Fort Begu & visiting Chittorgarh Fort, India

Short film of a visit to Fort Begu and Chittorgarh Fort, in Rajasthan, India back in Feb 2020...I finally got around to editing this video over two years late. .
We stayed in the Fort Begu Heritage hotel - which we can recommend. The palace dates back to 1430. Located right off the beaten path, it feels like a really authentic palace experience. Ajay, the owner and descendent of the Maharajah, goes above and beyond - as do the staff. The Rajgarh Palace near Begu is also worth a visit.

It was also a really interesting insight into the challenges of maintaining a place like this - which is no doubt very expensive and time consuming.
