How do u tighten the top part of the torso if it wiggles
I haven't had that happen but if I do, I will mention it in the next ultimate conversion.
Is the water microwaved for how long? How long should figures sit in water?
When I fill a pan (like in this video), I use the kettle on the stove and take it off when it starts to steam (right before it boils). I'll soak the figure for 30 seconds. If it's still stiff then I'll just throw it back in for another 30.

I agree. With the exchange they are over $50 Canadian. My recommendation is to scoop up Ultimates on clearance or cheap on the secondary market for the first attempt.
