- How to Spot a Fake Immigration Consultant in Canada. Have you every been a victim of immigration Scam or Fraud? In this video, i shared useful tips on how to ensure that you are working with the right immigration consultants here in Canada.

A lot of people ask me this question; how to spot a fake immigration consultant. Do i need to hire an immigration consultant or agent, or Licensed practitioner? In this video, i shared an important information on how to verify if your consultant or representative is licensed or not. I hope that you find my video informative and helpful. In Canada, for any immigration needs that you are unable to complete yourself, it is best to use either a licensed immigration consultant, lawyer, or approved agent Find out for yourself in this video how easy it is to verify the license and authenticity of your Consultant.
Avoid Agents and Consultants that are not licensed with the ICCRC ( Immigration Consultant Of Canadian Regulated Council ) Ensure that you have verified them using the link i provided earlier. They should provide you with their contact information location, identification number that starts with Letter R followed by 6 numbers.
Ensure that your consultant is licensed with the Canadian Government.
If for any reason you suspect that you have been scammed, file a complaint against them.

To avoid immigration scam, you can protect yourself by doing a number of things which i mentioned on this video. You also need to verify that the person you are dealing with is genuine. When you finally deal with anyone of these registered practitioners, ensure that you are signing a valid contract and evidence of all your interactions with them.
Remember, if it is too good to be true, it is not- follow your instincts. The truth is that you can complete your application yourself by following the guides on the Government of Canada website. Sometimes, it is cheaper to do this yourself as some of these so called "consultants" simply waste your money. Please avoid fake immigration consultant by all means.

Truth be told, there are other ways to find answers to your immigration questions and these Consultants are really not cheap. You do not need to pay so much for something that you can do yourself. I repeat, you can apply yourself without having to pay an immigration consultant to complete your immigration process. Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot get approved if you do not use an immigration consultant or a licensed practitioner. Rendering legal support for immigration process should be provided to people that really seek for it not that it should be imposed on anyone.

Ma'am is this true , this is what they told me ....
The company covers for most part of the cost like work permit and flight ticket, however if you are selected, the employee must obtain the Canadian health ministry insurance cover at a premium of 81$/month and must be procured for a period of 12 months
This must be obtained by the employee before the immigration Lawyer can obtain the Labor market impact assessment required for the work permit and visa approval
they say If you are offered employment, the HR director will give you contact to immigration lawyer

I have just talked to an agent of Paul Abraham and checked there website showing its right and also called the website number it was picked up and I asked weather they have that agent then they said yes so am confused weather to continue or

Okay so I forgot her name but I got a call from her she just said that asked about if I work I told her no she said how would I get there is I don’t have a source of income (as in I have to pay for my own ticket) I told her I have that okay she asked if I’d like to travel alone I said no I told her I’d like to with my son he’s young (3) she was excited about that (red flag because they could also want young organs) she asked my age (21 she was excited for me for being a young mom) she asked my highest education I let her know I’m a high school drop out and she said that that’s kind of hard for her to continue but she’s speak with her team and also she’s be sending me and email to fill out some information I’m also skeptical about this cause it could also be identity theft

@@Glowwriyah i didn't i was searching about them and to be honest the CEO of this agency has "Active" on the iccrc website, its just too much for a client to pay that amount, and for anyone who see this comment, IF YOU GOT APPROVED BY A CERTAINT EMPLOYER HE MUST PAY FOR EVERYTHING and for you, you only pay in your country for medical exams thats it,, fly ticket fees for visa everything must be covered by the employer... most of cases people ended up with spending less than 200$ which 90% is paid for medical exams and other few dollars for translating your document in your country............... thank you GLORIA I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS
