Tagaytay city needs a world class hospital in order for overseas retirees to consider staying there. And so does every town in the PHilippines, not just for retireess but also for the locals living there. IF a mayor or governor cannot accomplish that , then boot them out next election!

My favorite house so far, not too big and not cramped at the same time. Maganda yung open layout ng living room, dining and kitchen area. I also like yung fence sa side and sa backyard, perfect sa magandang airflow...hindi mainit dto sa house na to for sure kapag summer. Ang ganda din ng landscaping, malamig sya tingnan sa mata. For me, I like yung mga subdivision na ganito na walang mga front gate, parang sa ibang bansa. 👍🏻❤️

Ang kapitbahay property wall may bintana. Agaisnt the building code. No openings on propert wall/firewall.property. Nasaan ang clubhouse at mga amenities, dapat ipinapakita sa presentation ng mga bahay. Sinasabi ang mga amenities pero hindi naman naitatayo. Dapat mayroon ng amenities bago tayuan ng mga bahay tulad dito sa america. Hindi inaprobahan magtayo ng mga bahay kung hindi pa naitatayo ang parks and amenities.

Totally agree on this comment. Retiree and Balikbayan’s can easily afford to buy this and there’s lot of nicer homes out there. You just have to dig deep the real estate. But what kind of Health and medical and hospital they offer… look around you first before deciding living there
