    I was originally going for the H9 for my first ebike but I'm glad I found the H7. I prefer the step through design and the handlebar style on the H7. It was supposed to be delivered today but it said fedex would require a signature and I would not have been home so I delayed until tomorrow. I can't wait to get it. Can't comment on the bike yet but I have emailed Wallke with some questions which they promptly replied to. I'm also impressed with the shipping. I ordered late on Saturday night, it shipped Monday and would have arrived only 2 days later if I hadn't intentionally delayed shipping. I'm happy with all of that so far.

      Congratulations on your new H7 ! Your experience with Wallke is similar to mine - unexpected great service. I think you'll be just as pleased with your bike as we have been with ours. My wife decided to get the H7 for herself as well, and she's very happy. You might want to add a single left-side mirror. We've used this one, as have quite a number of our friends: amzn.to/4crFkKG

      @@ebike_reviews Thanks for the suggestion. I have purchased a few accessories already but was waiting till it was put together for others, including a left sided rear view. Thank you for the suggestion

    They do some good thinking to do things right and with all the competition that's what its going to take! We need to look at all areas when designing these Ebikes from comfort, easy to get on so everyone can use it and power! Not so much with speed but power to get up hills when needed as everyone weight is different! And of course distance which can be extremely important for some. Excellent well done bike!

    Thank you so much. Your wife convinced me about the h7. Do you think the dual battery is necessary - I would like to ride about 40 - 50 miles using padel assist. Thanks

    • @ebike_reviews
      @ebike_reviews  8 місяців тому

      With you pedaling, 40-50 miles is most likely easily achievable. We've been getting over 70. The battery that comes standard is 40AHr, which is *very* large. Prior to the new 2024 models our eBikes had 14AHr and 20AHr batteries, more like typical eBikes, and a 40-50 mile assisted range was quite doable. The H7 is about the best bike you can get, and the step-trhough frame puts it in its own class. Good choice! 😄

    Liked your report. So, how about a more in-depth comment about 'how it pedals'. I've got some rehab coming up soon and I need a bike that will do all the power aspects you have explained, but also allow me to have an excellent sitting and pedal position. I'm a 5'10" male weighing 260 lb. Is this the bike for this or check out something else?

    • @ebike_reviews
      @ebike_reviews  9 місяців тому +1

      While I don't know enough to comment authoritatively on your rehab situation, I'd say this: At 5'10" / 260 lb, this bike would fit you perfectly. You'll be able to step into position and easily get onto the seat. The pedal; position would be very comfortable as would be the upright riding position. You'll be able to pedal hard or easy as suits you. Your doctor will know what load would be safe for your joints.\

    Thank you for your video. I'm torn between the H7 and the H9 AWD bikes. Is everything pretty much the same, except for the step through handlebars? Thanks, again

    • @ebike_reviews
      @ebike_reviews  9 місяців тому +1

      The main differences are these: H7 pros are lighter step through frame, tilting split handlebars; H9 pros folding frame; more advanced display and controller adding auto headlight and programable mode speeds. If you're 5'6" or shorter or are older, the H7 is the best choice because of the step-through frame. There is no other bike that is better than either, and very few others that are as good in terms of features and quality.

    Thoughts on the Wallke H7 vs Aniioki AQ177 Pro Max? I'm certain the Wallke is higher quality overall, but the steel frame of the Aniioki would be easier to customize so it's a tough decision for me.

    • @ebike_reviews
      @ebike_reviews  6 місяців тому +1

      We have an Aniioki bike as well - my wife's favorite bike until the H7. Aniioki is a solid choice, buy I'd hate to take the weight penalty of the steel. I have an H9 AWD, which has a few more features, but the H7 handlebars are a winner for control and comfort.

    Were do u get parts from for the h7 ? Any dealers in new jersey area ???

    • @ebike_reviews
      @ebike_reviews  6 місяців тому

      In the very rare circumstances that we've needed a part, Wallke has supplied it, usually under warranty. The things you can break (brake levers, hand grips) can be replaced with similar items ordered from Amazon. Four years, and six Wallke bikes, and 3,800 miles in, there's been nothing to replace.

    is this the 2025 version? i heard the requirement is 5'8" but if your wife can get on it and not use the lowest level of the seat, i imagine the new version is not much bigger.

    Shady customer service. I wanted to cancel my order that wasnt shipped yet but this company intentionally ignored my messages and shipped it out so they can charge restocking fee. Beware. Shady business practices

    Heavy bike.

    • @ebike_reviews
      @ebike_reviews  6 місяців тому

      Yup. No way to avoid the weight needed for all the high-end features: triple-capacity battery, 350lb payload capacity, mag wheels, high-power motor, all-terrain fat tires. It all adds up. However, the motor does the work, so it's VERY easy to ride. If you lose the motor, it's not too bad, but mountain terrain will beat you up. 🫤
