I have both, and I actually prefer the HA1. Either way, you can't go wrong. The HT2 and HA1 are both beasts. Thank you for another excellent review.
Heads Up -- I grabbed a pair for $27 from Amazon on 11/4/24. For that price I'm able to ignore all their shortcomings.
This is a quality review of the TOZO HA1 Headphones definitely taking this into account before making my purchase thank you.

Curious how Tozo would make these to distort when the HT2 does not. Alot of competition at the price point w/out distortion. Thx for sharing!!
Did not make to distort, mo distorted by pushing eQ to high...
