Also, the last time I commented I told you I was struggling badly with the straddle forearm press. Wanted to update you and tell you I “regressed” it and have been using a block between my hands/fingertips and it’s helped tremendously. I can do it! I think I was struggling with my elbows sliding outward when I was shifting and trying to press. The block helps with this for me. So improvement thanks to a lot of your compression tips and a lot of practice and failing and trying again and again!!!
Great update!! I love it!! Congratulations on getting that press. over time you don't need that block..just as you're still building strength. Have I taught you about using your forearm skin to keep the elbows in? It helps!!
