At 18:33 it got adaptive assault and when it does the animation like strike you see the colour, so the one you get hit with was spirit cuz it was purple

Honestly my rng finally helped me beat a battle with only ici gool and o dash o( moves used in the battle - poison barbs, pheroblast and sap plant with odasho, bag of tricks with ici gool), so basically I spammed sap plant in a 1v1 double battle on both his loomians and did that on all his loomians, while luckily ici gool got moves like jump start, bait and then rejuvenate, 2 different adaptive assaults (brawler and ancient), lava slash, and a few more.
