@@Za-ln8hc I love Noelle story wise,but gameplay wise she's really slow compared to other characters and needs high levels of investments to do decent amounts of damage. So only ABSOLUTE simps or people who truly adore/have a soft spot in their heart for Noelle and have a lot of resources to spend,only they would build and invest in Noelle.

What's the differencd between bloom and quickbloom?
@@Al-exis hyperbloom is typically double hydro with more blooms being triggeree, quickbloom has double dendro/electro with more quicken uptime
