That sounds like a great idea! I’ve been thinking of doing a general Torb guide but maybe focusing on the ult for a video may allow me to go into more detail
Torb is not a preferred choice by many due to his unnatural attacking pattern. He is regarded as a good defensive hero due to his turret, but those who aren’t familiar with him make that assumption. I find him a generalist and a good all around pick vs anyone really besides maybe phara. His shotgun hits harder than reaper shotgun and he has long range poking abilities. One just needs to have a plan on what to do with Torb on attack on each map and figure out best use of your resources. (i.e. if you blindly default through main in shambali or midtown, it might be tough to play Torb)
@@Klenzer Well said. This here player is of the opinion that to deal with a phara composition, a torb's best help is none other than a winston and a symmetra. Why ? If a winston puts his bubble on the turret, then a phara is essentially dealing with a tank of 850 hp that doesn't miss ... i.e BOB's little sister that's just a cooldown away from being proc'd. If a symmetra puts her teleporter inside that bubble as well, then the opportunity arises for the winston, the torbjörn, and the symmetra, to pay a visit to the opposing team's backline, and what makes that so dastardly, is that the winston does not have to jump to do so. The winston can jump onto somebody else from the teleporter's exit, or collapse onto some unfortunate soul along with the torbjörn and the symmetra. All this, while the phara has little choice but to do shield breaking, hoping that her pocket is still available, and the other healer is still alive. For want of a better analogy, the winston with this setup of torbjörn and symmetra, can move like a horse in the game of chess, i.e move forward, and then left or right. One wonders whether this composition is going to be called a "horseplay-comp" then ... Sincerely yours. Null.
Well iam still a Plat torb cause I play support more but my problem is that if I see an enemy that's low hp I always go for the kill and I don't care if I die I just want to get kills but I just die cause of taking risks to get the kills
