There are some wrong facts in this video
1- 35:47 president is not a ceremonial head ,he is also the real head .
2- President could be elected by Electoral college( as in US) or by Universal adult Franchise( France).
3- tenure of president is fixed but not for 4 years ( it is just in Us) it can be 5 years (France) ,
here we are talking about presidential sys not about US system .
You are confusing among both
