An organization that practices tyranny, oppression, and cruelty towards its own employees.
Employees are treated very poorly here, even by some women at the head office, including the Education HOD, Umme Jamal, FB Area Karachi Principal, Umme Ziyyan, and then the City Majlis Umme Muazzam. There is rampant injustice and oppression within the organization, internally boiling over. Disrespecting employees' dignity, subjecting them to cruelty and exploitation, and maintaining authority through coercion and oppression-this has been the modus operandi of the head office of Dar ul Madinah.
When someone is to be forcibly terminated from their job here merely out of personal ego or vindictiveness, they are first forcibly transferred to the farthest corners of Karachi. And when they refuse to accept such a limited salary transfer, then they are fired from the job. And the HR Head is always involved in this.
