Excellence in Management: Shaloni Winston, The Arc Lexington

Since 2016, I've had the honor of paying tribute to women who have made a difference in business in New York's Capital Region producing videos for the annual Capital Region Chamber's Women of Excellence. Meeting these women, and hearing their stories, is an inspiration I get to share with our community.
This year, six women who have achieved success in their professional careers and dedicated themselves to community service joined the prestigious ranks of the Capital Region Chamber’s Women of Excellence on Friday, May 21, 2021.
Each year the Women’s Business Council (WBC) of the Chamber receives many outstanding nominations from throughout our region. The selection committee is comprised of prior Women of Excellence Recipients.
