I have Adhd and getting assessed for autism and i struggle with insomnia, I put one of be braves on and wake up with my headphones in and all silent, it’s the best way to try and fall asleep, I heard somewhere ppl with adhd and autism don’t fall asleep they pass out and it made so much sense, this is so good for our community to try and quiet our mine by listening to asmr i dont think the artists know how much they y help xx
