The mode doesnt matter to get the chest :) I would recommend to go the lowest mode if you want faster runs and not waste so many essences. The Setbonus doesnt change :)

Also his gloves give plus 7k fire resistance u doesn't need use kingshill necklacke, cause u lose so much dmg
